Nightmare
We checked in, no electricity, dirty, beds had stains on them, half the furniture in the photos was missing, the fridge odor was horrible and not clean, the property manager would not communicate with us so we left after 15 minutes of going in. The ad did not state that it would have no essentials, nor did it say that we would have no electricity. VRBO has yet to refund us or make this right, the owner is refusing to make this right. We had to find another bnb at 10pm and it has all but ruined our vacation. This has been a horrible experience. This house is horrible. Novisol gets zero stars as a property manager. I hope they decide to refund us after ruining the visit to Denmark and keeping my money.
