"To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay. Please contact this hotel directly for any booking. Thanks!"

"Hotel is in a very convenient location. Service was ok. Staff was helpful. Room amenities need to be upgraded. The bed sagged significantly. Bathroom fixtures to be checked and set right. Breakfast - best avoided. The restaurant is not very clean. Property goes by 2 names - Ark Residency and Pearl Manor"
