"Staff were absolutely lovely. Very accommodating. Fore saw our needs before we did. Especially "Yvonne ". She had excellent suggestions for local sites and restaurants. Because of Yvonne we were able to attend "greek night" at the excellent restaurant "roda park". We crazy Canadians embraced our first ever plate smashing! Highly recommend paradise village with their delicious breakfast!"

"Really nice convenient hotel. Reception really nice and helpful. Room clean. Room left unlocked by cleaner one day which wasn’t great. Thankfully nothing stolen. The pool bar is seperate to the hotel so you are not allowed your own food and drinks at the pool which wasn’t advertised and quite frustrating. The man at the bar was also quite rude and slammed a sign down next to us saying no food or drink. "

"Costa Botanica is a great hotel - it has good communal areas, bars and the choice of restaurants is really good. There are numerous pools and a private beach, so it feels like there is so much space, it’s never too crowded. The staff are also amazing, they never stop and really prioritise service. Where the hotel is let down is the rooms, they feel dated, damp and dark and really need an update. Hopefully the rooms get a makeover soon to really make this a 5 star resort! "
