"6 of us stayed here for a music festival. The location, fantastic! Ocean views, check. The bedding, the furniture, kitchen supplies....no amenity was overlooked. Happened to meet owner when were checking in. He was great. Couldn't have been more accomodating. Great great place for a few nights or longer. Wush we were here longer. "

My son was got married at the Beech Tree Cottages (also was the perfect wedding venue) in Madison, Ct. about 15 minutes from the house which worked out perfectly for staying here. "our annual girls (5) trip took us to Branford, CT this year. It was awesome to have a private beach access even though we couldn’t get in the water, but it was great for strolls and shell collecting. Would definitely do better with a second bathroom, but we managed just fine. Overall, it’s a nice little place to stay for a getaway. My only issue is not with the hosts or place, but with one of the fees and the checkout process. However, it does not take away from our stay. "

"Our second stay at the cottage. We spent a long weekend and the weather cooperated. The house is quite quirky, but has a really pleasant feel at home vibe. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen could use some updates, but was sufficient. (still need a new can opener) The porch overlooking the Sound is magical. Nice neighborhood. If you have one...bring a golf cart! Lots of golf carts about. Host is always pleasant, communicating through Vrbo. We hope to return again. Thank you Khalig Family...

"We really enjoyed our stay. Beds, linens, towels all super comfortable. Kitchen bright and useful. Bathrooms spotless. 2 minute walk to cute beach. Tons of stuff to do in the area. Great, private backyard well appointed with portable fire pit, grill, furniture. Lots of kid games and books and puzzles in house. Need functional carbon monoxide detector. "
