"It’s a great hotel, but it’s currently being renovated so the main exit is via a fire exit which means climbing stairs - which isn’t easy while tugging around luggage. Also one of the lifts was out of order, which meant relying on one lift for all customers and staff to use so wasn’t exactly the quickest. The sink in my parent’s room was filthy as well. I have no complaints about my room"
