Find Hotel with a Concierge in Thessaloniki

"The front staff was very helpful. The restaurant staff was slow and inattentive. Had to self park a couple of blocks away. The room was nice and the balcony and view were fantastic. The bed was hard. No room in the fridge since it was filled with minibar stuff. "

"It's a well located, well used, city centre tourist hotel. As such it's a little tired in places but the staff were very helpful and friendly and the beds were clean comfortable. Warning for those that drive there. There is only drop off parking outside the hotel but there are private car parks nearby. Unfortunately our minibus wouldn't fit in the car parks so I drove around for an hour trying to find a spot, eventually parking 15 minutes walk away."

"Small but efficient room. If you ate a large person you may have difficulty with the bathroom. The rooms with balconies facing the busy thoroughfare is quite noisy until around midnight. The breakfast is available for a fee. Best to wander a short distance to interesting restaurants nearby."

"Hotel is close to the train station and the harbour. Some staff were helpful, others less so. Even though the hotel was apparently recently renovated, it gives the feeling of being run-down - there were holes in the bathroom floor towel, the fittings on the shower pipes were loose, the toilet was installed skew with the toilet paper holder not properly fixed and hanging skew. The fitting for the hand shower was at waist height, meaning the only way to get a proper shower was to hold it above...

"My room was spacious, though most were small. I liked the balcony. The breakfast was excellent. The worst part was the bathroom. It was tiny, and there was no place to put toiletries, and worst of all was the shower. It was arranged so that the curtain was sure to stick to you, cold and clammy, while you were standing in the shower, and it also flooded the floor. There was also a lot of street noise extending to the middle of the night, and the curtains didn't black out the bright city...

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the "hotel" was of very low standards because: no lift, my room was a 5x3m with one window to the back, no view (enclosed space), noise from other rooms (coming through enclosed space/open window), small shower (ventilation did not work, cistern had low pressure and did not flush properly), no wardrobe, no fridge, no coffee/breakfast facilities."
