Adequate for short stays but the room was very small, no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Main bar was never open in the evenings which was odd. However, very good location, friendly staff, clean and accommodating.

Friendly stuff and is in a good spot but no parking you need to pay extra 14€ and everything looks and feel too old for what you pay... nice breakfast but they had windows open in the room and it took time to feel comfortable and warm

Excellent position. Main criticism would be that our room was very small. Other than that the facilities were all fine, comfortable bed, furnishings, TV with English channels, wifi, fridge, and good shower. Breakfast was included and provided a good choice. We enjoyed using the spa facilities at their sister hotel The Egnatia Palace at a reduced fee.

An excellent three-star, confortable hotel, located in the centre. Our room was big with well-designed furniture and fridge. The buffet breakfast was tasty and varied. Reception was amicable.

Everything you need but no frills.
Location is ideal. Hotel is clean and contains all the essentials but it is far from roomy. But this is a common problem in ancient cities where streets are narrow and buildings old. The only way around this is paying a lot more for your room. I prefer to go "European" and deal with the mino discomforts of tighter places instead of paying four times what I paid for this room.
