"Stayed 4 nights, Staff happy and polite. Food was basic, cooked but not prepared on site. The ice cream was worth having with every meal, which I did. No air conditioning. The airplane noise was not that intrusive. The pool was cleaned every day. The shower ran hot and cold when it felt like it. Overall good value for money. Would not want to stay there long term. Would I stay there next time I was in Johannesburg, I definitely would."

"Will never stay there again. Aircon was not working, did not even make an effort to help with the room being cold. Had to sleep with a jacket, as there are not even extra blankets in the room. The bed was not made with a lot of effort, my 10year old cousin would do it better. "Overnight stay before safari - we arrived in the dark after a flight delay and had to leave early so unable to enjoy most of the facilities - but the room was clean, great facilities, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (the receptionist even walked me to the nearest restaurant). Great breakfast. Situated just inside gated estate with high security. Only comment on room is the toilet is inside a frosted glass shower enclosure in the room."
