"Overall, the property was very nice and good value. Just a couple of maintenance related issues such as the balcony door was misaligned and was not easy to lock. The bathroom door was squeaky and the bright air conditioning light would not turn off with the remote. I also strongly recommend the management to consider putting some contrast strips on stairs. Just make it easier for people with low vision to navigate. Overall, the property is very nice comfortable, staff is very nice and friendly....

"Old traditional hotel but rooms are in terrible decaying conditions and very dirty. Only a small portion in a newer building has renovated rooms. Pillows smelled so bad like never washed that I had to use a towel to cover them, but bed sheets were clean. Issues with old wood structure and termite damage in the rooms as well as very dirty bathroom. "There is no air conditioning. Complete lack of service. Evening meal was limited and appalling. Breakfast was toast or an omelette and no menu. We had to find a member of staff to enquire about breakfast. We appeared to be the only guests. We would not stay here again. Had we paid £20 a night it may have been worth it but not at the £120 that we paid. We had booked 4 nights on a non refundable deal and had hoped that this would be the highlight of our trip. "The property is simply fabulous. The first impression whenyou enter the property is amazing. You cross over a bridge to reach reception. Enroute there are stairs to access bird zones. Rich lush green all over, lili pods, swans, etc. We stayed with family of teens and elderly parents. We had booked huts. The rooms were very comfortable and had all facilities you would expect.
