"Very attractive gastro pub off the beaten track. Excellent food and range of drinks. I was fortunate the weather was glorious so an evening in the beer garden was appreciated. The room was a good size if only a little dated. The large sash window offered little in sound proofing but had the most glorious view across a field of sunflowers. "In our 2-night stay we had no contact with anyone else at the hotel, but could hear othwr guests a little from our room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle.
