Our home is on an oversized corner homesite with rear privacy landscaping in the Village of Lynnhaven. The Lynnhaven neighborhood is known for its proximity to golf, swimming and recreation galore. We are just around the corner from the Churchill Recreation Center with its 3 executive golf courses nearby - Pimlico, Churchill Downs and Belmont. To round out the fun Churchill Recreation center has pickleball courts, tennis, family pool, billiard tables and numerous activities for your enjoyment. Golfers appreciate only the short ride to the Arnold Palmer Legends Country Club, complete with restaurant, driving range, pro shop and golf academy. Very close by is CR 466 with all its shopping, stores and restaurants including Walmart, Bealls Department Store, The Fresh Market, Publix, Bob Evans,Bonefish, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, etc.

Central to either Sumpter Landing or Spanish Springs which offer numerous live entertainment venues in the form of musicals, variety and comedy shows throughout the year to enjoy either as a spectator or participant. The Town Squares also offer shopping, restaurants, nightly live entertainment, dancing, happy hour, each with two weekly outdoor vendor nights and first run movie cinemas. The Villages offer so many restaurants and Country Clubs that you could eat out for two months or more and not have to go to the same restaurant twice.

Cable television, WiFi internet, are included in this lovely and decorated fully furnished home. The beautifully decorated living room has a “HD flat-screen TV, DVD player and a relaxing sofa and loveseat. The master bedroom is a king size oasis.

The very popular home style features the split bedroom floor plan. Two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds and large closets. The Florida room has recliners and a desk. The enclosed lanai is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Just pack your bags!

Fully equipped kitchen with large island perfect for entertaining. Very open floor plan.

Saving the best for last, there is a 4-passenger electric Par Car, equipped with headlights and turn signals, is ready for your use on the golf course or around town, day or night for your driving pleasure. If you like bocce, shuffleboard, horseshoes, pickle ball or tennis, there's plenty to be found that's just a short golf car ride away.

Rental Policy: There is a $120 Cleaning Rental payment in full is due prior to rental. (So we can get the keys to you before you start to travel to Florida!)

$50 (optional) Temporary ID is available. You will treated as permanent resident for golf with these temporary resident ID cards. The $50 fee entitles you to two ID cards per household.

Pleasantly Surprised
When we arrived at our “home away from home”, we were pleasantly surprised to walk into a place that was clean, well stocked and felt like home. Every little thing that was needed was thought of; from games, puzzles, books, even a card shuffler. We stayed with our parents and the home set up gave us the privacy we each needed. Their bedroom and bath was on one side and ours was on the other side of the home. We enjoyed the open floor plan with the island in the middle for dinners in. Our parents enjoyed sitting on the Lanai every morning enjoying their coffee. We enjoyed the half mile walk or bike ride to the pool. There are three pools within walking distance or a quick golf cart ride. The neighbors were friendly. Everyone waved or said hi. There are so many amenities that I can’t say enough good things about this place. We would definitely stay again.

Brilliant holiday
We've stayed in the villages before but this was the first thing renting and this house is perfect. Great location to town squares and pools. The house is well equipped and plenty of room. Very easy checking in and out and very useful information supplied by the owner. We'll definitely be back.

The location and the house was good. The furniture was big and bulky and it was difficult to get in and out of. The dining room chairs were very heavy and it was difficult to pull them in and out from the table. The rug under the table was too small. When sitting at the table the chair was half on and half off of the rug.

A Villages stay mid-September 2021
This property was all that it claimed to be. It was very clean, comfortable, convenient, and pleasing. The owners were easy to work with. It provided a great home base to get around the Villages, learn about the opportunities there, and decide to make the Villages our new home. The four nearby pools showed us how friendly all the neighbors are.

The home had everything necessary to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Any time we took the golf cart out, it ran with no issues. Plenty of space to spread out. Nice location close to essential shopping to stock up on items needed during your stay such as food, etc.

Better than the pictures
We felt that the pictures were inaccurate, because the house is way better, feeling newer. The house is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, with everything you need to stay on your vacations, or even a long-term stay. The neighbourhood is very quiet and with a lot of facilities close to it. We felt like home. The communication with the house owners is very easy and they have take care to have a great property.
