Communication was great! Easy check in and out. House is clean and comfortable. Love having access to the golf cart especially in this community. Very nice area with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Would recommend!

The property has everything you need during your stay, the location and neighborhood is perfect for the Sumpter Landing area. The Golf Car was nice to have and we used it daily. Brad provided excellent communication that gave us easy instructions when checking in/out. We would stay again.

Brad was/is the best host that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He is so accommodating. The house and the location is perfect for adults who just want to get away.
