Welcome to TranquilBlue Retreat – a two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa located in the Katherine Villas section of The Village of Caroline. This is a pet-free, smoke-free, and vape-free home.______________Once you enter this home you will experience a warm, welcoming and tranquil atmosphere. This old-Florida-beach-style cottage home is painted and decorated in hues of blue to foster tranquility, and modernized with tall vaulted ceilings, luxurious plantation shutters, vinyl plank flooring, updated lighting, updated faucets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, smart TV, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet with a custom organization system. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large closet and a smart TV, and is conveniently located adjacent to the second bathroom.
A third smart TV is provided for your enjoyment in the spacious open-floor concept living and dining room area of the home. While you can have your meals at our formal dining table, our granite countertop area with bar stools surrounding the kitchen is also an option. As you relax in the living and dining areas you will experience the “tranquilblue” magic engendered by aqua blue walls along with ceiling and wall fixtures and decorative lamps which glisten and sparkle.
TranquilBlue Retreat is deliberately designed to help you float all worries and cares to the sea. On the secluded front lanai you can enjoy meals, morning coffee or evening cocktails and also relax, reflect, refresh, or recharge. Your privacy doesn’t end there. There are no neighbors behind the home, and the home is located second to last within a secluded alcove – no through traffic!
This home has a new epoxy garage floor and is landscaped with beautiful vibrant flowers and decorative stones. A newly installed water treatment system provides toxin-free soft water for your drinking and bathing pleasure.

Good place to stay
This house is nice and the neighborhood is quiet. There is a busy road on the other side of the backyard, but it wasn’t much of an issue. The house was very clean and comfortable.
Stayed 9 nights in Dec 2024
