The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+ as well as a golf community.

Dance the night away to live entertainment every night at each one of the three Villages town squares 365 nights a year from 5:00 to 9:00 pm, with happy hour from 5:00 to 6:00. This spacious, fully-furnished, and beautifully-decorated home is perfect for your vacation.

Our included guest pass gives you access to the recreation centers and swimming pools, where you can play pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, card games and billiards and more.

Our guest pass also gives you access to The Villages’ 40 executive golf courses. Our home is located near Nancy Lopez CC, just a short cart ride away.

Recreation centers, pools, restaurants, grocery and retail stores, movie theaters, bowling alleys, golf courses, and libraries are within easy walking and/or driving distance. Disney World, Kennedy Space Center, beaches, and other major popular attractions are only 1-2 hours away by car.

Our home features a master bedroom with a king sized bed, a large walk-in closet and a master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and plenty of closet space and the 3rd bedroom has a pull out sofa bed and closet as well. It is fully furnished with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home including a microwave, coffee maker, dishes & utensils. The kitchen island provides seating for three and the dining room provides seating for four.

For lunch & dinner enjoy your meals outside in the screened Lanai. After a day of golf or one of the many other activities The Villages offers, relax in your screened Lanai and enjoy the outdoor living you came to Florida for.

The two car garage comfortably houses your vehicle and our complimentary two seater gas golf cart. The laundry room is conveniently located inside the residence.

All linens, pillows and towels, everything that you need is there. Starting supply of household requirements is provided, (dishwasher & clothes washer detergent, coffee filters, paper towels. garbage bags and recycle bags, bathroom soap and toilet paper.

Great property
The place is beautiful and has everything you need for a great stay. Pool and dog park are less than 5 minutes by golf cart, and of course the golfing is great. Highly recommend 🙌

Wonderful location, lots of golf courses near by (for the husband). So glad it had good cable (so many don't). Nice to have golf cart for golfing and just investigating. Love the pet friendly too. Will defiantly want to stay again next year.

My wife, adult daughter, and her son (17) stayed here for a long weekend visit with family in the area. Excellent value. Very comfortable house. The owner/agent arranged for recreation passes for us that we didn’t have a chance to use, but we appreciated the opportunity. Would happily stay again.

Great Place to Stay
Cute house, friendly neighborhood, included golf cart and activity pass. The house was well maintained and features granite countertops, crown molding and a spa on the lanai. The house also has a coffee maker and a Keurig so you can bring beans and/or your k cups. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials including paper towels, garbage bags and dish soap.

A quiet getaway
Our goal was to find an affordable, clean and quiet home with a hot tub for a getaway. We got all that and the use of a golf cart! We are not golfers, so the idea of speeding down the road amongst hundreds of other golf carts still makes us chuckle. As for the house - everything was clean, tidy, and functional. It would be a great place to to bring your kids (if you must) or for a friends getaway.

As arriving to the property we noticed, that it has not been taken care of. When entered the house we noticed the amount of dust everywhere, the kitchen counters were dirty. The hot tub didn't have enough water in it and was yellow. Golf cart had just enough gas to get to gas station.Overall, recommend this property to anyone or stay there again.

First day in the cleaning job was Terrible, The Towel’s smell like Sh…….. The bed was stiff as a Board, The sheets had to be changed with ones from our home…….. Then when my wife dying of Cancer hopped in shower the water Trickled out………. So I call the gentleman that he needed a shower 🚿……… 3rd day he came by & dropped the shower 🚿 off. For me to put it in……… Then the Roaches were 5 different places……… I’m Still Calm as a Captain should be…….. Then the Screen’s in the Lanai were Atrocious & the Hot Tub smell like it hasn’t been changed so I didn’t go into it……… The dishes were Not cleaned, Silverware as well ……… Then the day before I leave we’re watching TV the Wife comes Barging in the front door while I standing at the Front door & Barges in………. No Knock she just in………. I can tell you I’ve owned property’s before and I went through them All before a client comes to Stay for a Vacation………. Captain Lawrence

Not Up To VRBO Past Experiences
We have always stayed at VRBO Homes in the past. Must say this was no way near normal homes. On day 3 of our stay the TV and Internet went out. Although we contacted the host it never was restored. There was a hot tub as advertised, but no instructions on how to use it. No maps anywhere to tell you where closest pool and rec center was or how to travel around the villages. The real downer came our next to last day there when we received an e-mail from the cleaning lady asking us to try and have all our laundry done before we left. Never asked to do laundry before. Strip beds, Yes!! Laundry -No, Would not stay here again, unless desperate and had a pet,

House wasn’t too bad had a very foul odor to it. It was lacking several essentials like toilet paper towels, and the hot tub was absolutely filthy and green. And also, the landlord kept coming over with a maintenance man at the least opportune times And pretty much demanded to get in without any prior notification

Wonderfully comfortable place
This is a fantastic house! Nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture. Well-equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Made for a great week to rest and recharge. I am familiar with the amenities of The Villages but chose not to take advantage of any of them during this stay. Would definitely stay here again.
