"This is a unique property with amazing views of the Carribean and Crocus Bay, almost postcard like with sailboats docked in the harbor and your view from above everything is breath taking . LaToya was our host and incredible nice, polite, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, like have a local to guide you in your decisions and literally at you beck and call. The Unit was amazing with privacy being the key and the feeling of being by yourself. Unlike any other stay I can remember. The value was fantastic and the amenities and extras were fabulous including them arranging for groceries in the unit prior to arrival and arranging for transportation and chef made breakfast. 6 Stars? "

"This location was perfect, very quiet at the end of the road on Sandy Ground. My husband and I are frequently all over the island each day and this location gave us the perfect landing spot each night, central to everything we could want to do. A beautiful view of the water and always the most stunning sunsets, even from the shower window! We will definitely look at staying here again next time :)"

"We were so lucky to find Edward’s Inn! The location is superb, right across from the beach. The hosts are welcoming and kind, always available if we need something. The room is tidied up every day and very comfortable. We cannot recommend this Inn enough!"

"Oceana was a beautiful place to call our home away from home for our first trip to Anguilla. From the moment we first set foot on the property (that view!), we knew we were in a special place. The house is immaculately kept by Shelia and Rona, and they were warm and welcoming and took great care of us all week. The place always smelled so fresh and clean upon our return home each day. And the beautiful flowers were a lovely touch! The house was comfortable and had everything we could have possibly needed from the kitchen to beach and snorkeling equipment. Rick was an amazing resource for recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The worst part of our stay was that it eventually had to come to an end! We don't normally talk of repeating vacations, but our family agreed that we would return to Oceana and Anguilla again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Rick, for opening your beautiful home to us! We had a wonderful time!"

"Beautiful view in a lovely, well appointed unit facing the pool and ocean. Outstanding communication with Joyce, our property manager throughout our stay. Very clean and comfortable unit in a quiet area. Expect a little noise during the day as you’re directly in front of the pool. Great location here, with short drives to everything you might need. On occasion have even walked to the grocery store from here. Love the small beach - usually very quiet and more for walking or wading, not really swimming. Just a great place to relax and recharge. "

"Everything you’d hope for here; lovely views with ocean breezes to match, fully equipped kitchen for those evening meals on the deck or morning coffee to watch the sunrise from the rooftop, saltwater pool and nearby beach area for a quick dip.It was our 4th time staying at this same unit. Communication via email has been excellent and when the property manager is in (afternoons) she has always been helpful and gracious. Such good people here. "

"Extremely friendly staff before I even arrived. I had trouble finding the property with the address provided, so the property manager called and provided directions while I was driving there. The groundskeepers were all extremely friendly and waved each time I went past them. The view was amazing and you could see St. Martin from the house. Everything was clean and they provided bottled water when I arrived. I felt very safe at the property as a solo traveler, and had no worries about anyone trying to take my stuff. There were tables, umbrellas, and chairs for lounging on the beach, and i was able to leave my stuff unattended several times while walking along the beach. Will definitely be booking again and bringing my whole family. "
