"I liked that I was on the harbor and could see the water. The room and staff were delightful and the parking was quite convenient. How to find the entrance to the property from the main road was not well explained. I had to blindly drive around to the back and almost missed the entrance the first time I passed it. "

"The Sarah Kendall House was a delightful part of our short stay in Newport. The entire house is gorgeous, and our room was amazing from the size, beauty and comfort of the bedroom and bathroom to the window view of the harbor. Breakfast was a feast of delicious foods. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Only negative was that we couldn't stay longer. Thanks to all at the Sarah Kendall House who made our one night in Newport absolutely perfect! "

"This was a great place to stay in Newport. Convenient to lots of great restaurants and points of interest, we walked most everywhere we went. The pool access was great for our small kids who are ocean waders but not yet ocean swimmers. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed the roof access for sunrise and sunset."
