It is seperate from main Inn, you have to cross the street to check in, and get coffee or participate in activites and pool, etc. But very nice, clean comfortable room. They did provide coffee maker (not K Cup, full pot), but should have had something like a (sugar, powdered creamer, ) pack"

"This was a great place to stay in Newport. Convenient to lots of great restaurants and points of interest, we walked most everywhere we went. The pool access was great for our small kids who are ocean waders but not yet ocean swimmers. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed the roof access for sunrise and sunset."

"The room was great with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths plus a small kitchen. The location was great a 5 minute walk from the wharfs in Newport. The check in process was the only thing that wasn't great. Did not have room ready at 4 as they were supposed to - no big deal, but when they finally called me around 4:30 to tell me that it was ready, there was a long line to check in.
