"We like the beach area, location,quiet and room is clean ,staff are friendly in exemption of some; we requested our butler to book us for dinner , he said he did it but when we went to the restaurant , they couldn’t find our reservation. Good thing they still accommodate us. The service for meals like breakfast was a little slow…one of the server assigned to our table kept saying i’ll be back but never did, good thing our server the day prior went to us and assist us even though he was not the one assigned to our table. Over all , we love the resort location esp the beach area,family friendly resort."

"What a peaceful villa in close proximity to dining (8min walk) and a short drive (8min drive) to even more dining options and shopping. A very quick 2 min walk to the private beach was also amazing! We enjoyed our stay here, and it was kept very clean. Housekeepers were phenomenal and would lightly clean daily. Pool and common areas were also tidy. Highly recommend!"

"Great Property, our stay was amazing. The room looked just like the promotion pictures. 15 minute walk to the beach. If you don’t mind the walk it’s an excellent choice. Friendly staff Clean room Great Air Conditioner Nice Pool Not much around it. 30 minute walk to Grace Bay Beach & Grocery store ****several nights there was music past 3am at a local bar next door"

"Very nice property with great views and good beach access. Very easy to communicate with the owner who was great and very responsive. Large patio and many places to take quaint pictures. Everything needed was in the kitchen and it is central to everything. I highly recommend this property and I have stayed at many. This is one of the best."

"We had an incredible time at Kokomo from start to finish. The location was great, super easy to get to and safe. Susanna checked us in and she was wonderful. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Everything she recommended (food, places to go, etc) was spot on and we had a wonderful time! Highly, highly recommend this place. The restaurant and pool was also fantastic, and the scenery around the resort was great."
