"Very helpful but unobtrusive hosts. Spacious, new and clean. All needed amenities for self-catering, although could be even better with a microwave and/or laundry options. Hosts should collect damage/extra-cleaning deposit from guests on arrival although it's refreshing to find people/places in this world still operating on the honor system (the Bergeralm Ski School did, too!) Wir konnten z.B. eher einchecken und haben noch Tipps für Veranstaltungen während unseres Aufenthalts bekommen. Das Haus hat alles was man sich nur wünschen kann. "Wir hatten eine wunderbare und erholsame Woche im Zillertal. Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderbar eingebettet zwischen Wiesen und einem Bächlein. Es ist klasse morgens mit einer Tasse Kaffee in der Hand auf der Terrasse zu stehen und die Rehe zu beobachten, die bis zum Haus kommen. "On arrival at NALA, the friendly staff offered us complimentary prosecco and 2 free welcome cards, a scheme which gives you free transport on tram services and most local buses. Also gets you discounted entry to some attractions. Our room (505) was immaculate, quirky, spacious and the bed was so comfy. Mountain views from the bed and living room made it extra special. We didn't have breakfast there during our stay but noticed it was a popular choice with other guests. Just a minute or two walk from bus and tram stops, 10 minutes walk to the main centre or 15 mins to the train station. Great value for money, would definitely recommend NALA. We stayed 4 nights at end of January. "

Well placed scenic hotel

"We booked an overnight stay after travelling from Weidach to catch an early morning flight from Innsbruck airport. It was beyond all expectations and the best railway hotel I've ever been to. The view from the upper floors is spectacular. We were just ordinary travellers, but thoughtfully provided with sparkling water a a bottle of prosecco at no charge. The 12th floor bar as recommended by "The Times" was buzzy. Just 10 minutes walk from the old tow. Really praiseworthy."

Great

"It was great. Sauna is a great addition and in a very good condition. Very nice bar with polite and professional staff. We have stayed in quadruple room as 4 adults and it was great. We went for skiing and there was an excellent storage room for skiis and heater for boots. The only disadvantage was the absence in the room of actual heater to dry our clothes after skiing or just after wash"

Fun in the alps

"I didn't realize this was a family hotel until we got there. It was amazing. Pool on the roof, slides, bar, hot tubs, cool off pools. AMAZING view of the alps during the day. Downstairs they have a game room for kids and pool tables. And the staff was excellent. Couple of restaurants in the building. The restaurants were good, staff was friendly and the food was good. Live music was ok guy singing was terrible. "
