"So this is a great location, with decent restaurant and breakfast. Friendly staff, but sometimes service is slow. The room price can vary quite a bit as they can get busy. As with a lot of places I stay there are usually a lot of little things that could be improved. Water pressure in some rooms is poor, restaurant and menu is ok but not great. "We were amazed by how clean and tidy, with a decent sized room ( ours was the basic queen bed)and a door/window onto a small balcony. Across the road is a night market food court with quiet live music until about 21.00 and other small restaurants, convenience shops and massage in the adjacent street . We’ve already booked for next week when returning from Cambodia."

"The location is excellent that is the best thing about the hotel. Stayed in the bungalows which was a hit and miss on the quality and cleanliness (stay away from 129 / 130). The bungalows need refurbishing, in fact a coat of paint will do wonders to the look and feel. Easy access to beach with local restaurants on both sides. "I have stayed at the resort the year before and enjoyed the hotel. We like the cottages because they are close to the beach. The music can be load especially when the fire show is on. We can usually sleep thru anything but it could be an issue for people looking for a quiet room. The music shuts off at 11 to 11:30 at night. The food was ok not spectacular.
