We had an excellent stay using the hotel as a base for our family Christmas cekebration locally. We were impressed with the service quality of breakfast and comfort. Our only complaint was,that the bathroom basi was slow to drain

Secluded area but easy access to the main roads. Hotel was ok but had heating issues on the original room and bathtub but soon moved to better room. Housekeeping wasn’t up to a standard. Pool was nice specially for the kids, would better if kids could go on it for longer.

At checkin there was no staff at the desk had to wait 20 mins Then went to the room which was so far away from the spa, bar restaurant No toilet roll in the room and when we boiled water to have tea it had an electrical taste Asked for some plates and they never arrived only one bath towel and one hand towel Very disappointing
