"Can't fault friendliness of staff. However there was no management demonstrated at all. Greeted by bunch of boys in shorts - didn't even seem like staff. English spoken was mostly very limited. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness.
