"The resort is really beautiful, the gardens around it amazing and really well kept and the staff is super lovely. There are two beautiful pool areas and the bungalows are amazing, clean, spacious and well equipped. Be aware that the resort is very remote, so if you don't have your own mode of transport, you rely on the tours that the hotel offers and obviously the prices are a little higher with no competition. "we stay for 1 night in a raft room. great to wake up too nature until the long tail boats start ferrying the tour groups to the hotspring centre. the breakfast was nice. staff were in my opinion a little lazy. I had to ring reception from the bar to ask them to find the pool staff to turn on the pool water features...because the hotel bar staff really weren't concerned. Thailand is losing its friendliness. I'll only choose a cheap room next time if I return. thanks"
