"The Centara has a great location in Central Hat Yai with many restaurants, pubs, clubs while being directly on Walking Street. The facility centre and pool were quite good, the bed and pillows were very comfortable plus the shower was really nice. The staff were absolutely great, I would return to this hotel which has exceptional value."

"Booked 4 nights after 3 check out. During my stay no one came and cleaned the room or changed towel. The walls are very thin so at night I heard people next room talking. The hotel did not provide toiletry. The owner Leon was nice and helpful but that is all "

"Location on Chalathat Beach was perfect. Near to beach front, playground, street food zone. Parking was easy. Staff service was impeccable, especially the bell boys. Friendly and warm staffs. Pool zone and water park not overly crowded. Ample sitting areas and love the pool access rooms. Bicycles for hotel guest use without additional charges was awesome, only wished bike conditions were better maintained and installed with bells. Some bikes had broken and non functioning brakes. "Room is nearby the green market but given a choice, will not stay again as I found a cockroach in the hotel room, and the recep ladies do not seem friendly/professional. No hairdryer in the room, had to borrow."

"Easily, the beast hotel in Thailand. Everything was six star. 2 small and weird problems - stunning pool with attached gym etc - yet there are only TWO sun loungers around the entire pool! Everyone else had to sit in hard wooden upright chairs. No relaxing here. Were all the sun loungers stolen???? 2nd - we asked Reception to call a taxi for us to go into the main town. They wouldn't - they just suggested we download a rideshare app! Which proved so hard with an Australian phone etc. "

"The hotel seems new. They have kids club so ur little ones will not be bored. Bath tub available. However it will be better if theres a screen in the toilet. Breakfast option could be better. Though the staff should be better trained. Instead of rightaway charging breakfast for a child, staff should actually ask the parent for the age. Walking distance ard 10 mins to 711 n Mini Big C and self service laundry. Grab to central mall n asean market is around 80 baht. Parking is within the hotel...
