"Overall it’s a nice place. Especially the design and the atmosphere. Very beautiful outdoors. I would call it five-ish stars hotel. The cleanliness of the sheets could to better (see photos of the mattress Skirt or the napkin in the room) but I can’t say it bothered me enough to ask to replace it. Had to come out and sort the check out when ordering room service (even though I notified I have credit for the room) - was a bit annoying but everything sorted. "Nice and comfortable, the bedroom was in great condition and balcony was really nice. Air con was also working, although we didn’t need it for our stay. We did notice a spot of old blood on the duvet but it seemed like a stain, and was otherwise definitely clean. They also provided a kettle and coffee for the morning, and assisted us with a late check in."
