Moraira. Villa With Private Pool In Its Own Grounds

Located in a quiet area of Moraira, but just minutes from bars and restaurants, Moraira beach and town is an easy walk, approx. 1 mile. We have spent many summers at this property and would like to share our oasis with you. The villa has been refurbished and provides accommodation for 6. It is on one level and has a large roof terrace with views. Private driveway. The villa is complemented by a fantastic private 10m x 5m lagoon style pool with large terraces and landscaped gardens. There is also an outside kitchen with bbq and shaded seating. After dark outside lighting transforms the pool area for those hot summer evenings and alfresco dining.
There are 2 good restaurants and bars located near the villa. Brevis, a popular family restaurant/bar with mini golf, trampolines, bouncy castle etc is approximately a 200 meters walk.

Fabulous villa and pool
Lovely villa in a great location. The pool area is absolutely stunning - large area with a good size (around 10m long) pool, plenty of seating and an outdoor kitchen. Villa is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. There is an Aldi 2 mins walk away, and several restaurants within a short walk. Anette who looked after the villa was always on hand for any minor queries. Would have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

Great location close to everything you’ll need
We enjoyed staying at this property. It’s very handy to shops, bars and restaurants. Not too far from the beach but a quieter neighbourhood. The property is lovely and the pool a blessing and lovely temperature for the time of year. We had everything we needed for our stay and would recommend it to others.

Villa in Moraira
Beautiful villa in an excellent location, very near to town by car. Pool area, one of the best we've seen in Moraira. Plenty of room and a lovely pool, great to have an outdoor kitchen too! Villa has air conditioning too which is a plus. Would definitely stay again, had a great week, thank you! Excellent Chinese restaurant about 3 min walk from the villa which was fantastic, friendly staff and amazing food.

Magnifique piscine et villa agréable
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et profité de la très belle piscine . La maison est agréable même si le coin salon est trop petit pour 4 personnes. La climatisation dans toutes les pièces est un vrai atout.

Zona piscina preciosa
La zona de la piscina es preciosa, dispones de cocina, y nevera fuera. En la casa tienes de casi todo, aunque eché en falta una cafetera y batidora. La limpieza dentro podría ser mejor. En resumen una muy bonita casa, a dos pasos de Moraira, es un lujazo irte a sus preciosas calas y volver y bañarte en la pedazo de piscina que tiene la casa.

Bien, la zona de la piscina ha sido lo mejor , la zona de barbacoa junto a la piscina la hemos disfrutado mucho. Pero he de decir que la limpieza ha sido un poco mala, y no nos dejaron cambios de sábanas, las cuales tenía que lavar a diario por que tengo tres hijos y uno de ellos con un año. El salón es muy pequeño, aún así a estado bien.

Really great villa, clean and with lots of outside space
The villa is located a short drive from the centre of Moraira, a great location to get out and about from, the villa is really nice and felt like a home from home, the outside area is great, the only downside was the pool lights did not come on at night, but this was a small issue. Would recommend booking to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Fantastic pool area in a great location
The pool area was superb, with loads of space for enjoying the sun. Great outdoor kitchen and location within walking distance to the sea with lots of choice of restaurants. Fully recommend the Chinese just two minutes walk away.

Great villa with everything you need to to enjoy and have a relaxing holiday.
The villa is situated in a quiet area, the grounds of the villa are landscaped to keep privacy; the pool and BBC area are one of the best I have enjoyed in over ten years of renting villas in this area, beautiful. Knowing the area well, the villa is situated perfectly to take advantage of Moraira and only a smooth 15 minutes drive from Javea. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending the villa to friends and family.

Superb Pool
This was the first time we stayed at this Villa and upon arrival was not disappointed. The Villa had 3 lovely bedrooms with the Master having a walk in dressing room and large en-suite. The Villa was clean and the amenities were excellent within. There was free WiFi and a good range of English programs on the television. Outside was immaculately kept, with a pool area to die for! the Lagoon style 15 mtr x 5 mtr pool was perfect with an outside BBQ area with cooking and fridge facilities within a covered area. We loved our 3 weeks at this villa and have already booked to go back in April 2014.

Excellent Villa
This will be our third year choosing this villa for our summer holiday. It is a beautiful villa with every item required for a great holiday. The pool area and outside kitchen are of the highest standard and the location is just a short distance from all amenities and beaches. I would recommend it to anyone.
