Villa Talya has 5 large bedrooms (3 have air conditioning units and 2 have fans) with 3 bathrooms (1 is en-suite), sleeps 11 people, Panoramic Views, Peaceful location, Free WIFI, Air Con, Satellite TV, close to Moraira town/beach/shops bar and restaurants.

Villa Talya is a very spacious detached holiday rental villa arranged on two levels, situated in a quiet residential area of Moraira.

The villa sleeps up to 11 guests in 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms of which 1 is en-suite. Facilities include a private 11m x 5m swimming pool and the garden has different levels of terracing, the middle terrace incorporates a covered area. There`s air con, free wifi and private gated parking for several cars. The property is located 2km from Moraira town and beach, restaurants and bars.

On the first floor there is a large open plan lounge and dining room, enjoying panoramic views of the area, including the Penon de Ifach (Calpe Rock). The lounge consists of a large comfortable sofa, flat screen Smart TV. The dining area with large table and chairs and air conditioning has patio doors leading to a covered naya. There is a separate modern fully fitted kitchen with a range of eye and base level units, incorporating a dishwasher, fridge, 5 ring gas hob, microwave and 2 single ovens,coffee maker, there is also a breakfast table and chairs. Also incorporated on this floor are 2 double bedrooms,1 with king size bed and air conditioning, the other a double bed and a ceiling fan. There is a separate family bathroom which consists of a wc, wash hand basin and a shower.

Down an internal staircase leading to the lower floor you will find a master bedroom, with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom complete with a wc, twin wash hand basins and a shower. There is a further double bedroom, with twin beds and air conditioning plus a further triple bedroom with 3 single beds and floor standing fans.
There is a further separate family bathroom, which consists of a wc, bath and a wash hand basin. There is a laundry room complete with a washing machine.

You can gain access to the large garden, pool and terraces from both levels of the villa, ground and lower floor. The pool area comes fully equipped with an outside shower, sun loungers, free beach towels, parasols, various tables and chairs for all your al fresco dining. There is a gas bbq. There are steps leading down from the pool terrace to a covered area.

Excellent Holiday
We had a wonderful time staying at this villa. The facilities are just what you need, there is plenty of space both indoors and out. The rooms are comfortable and most have air conditioning, which really helped as it was very hot during our stay. The hosts are very helpful and on hand if you need any assistance. If was to be super critical, I would say that the villa is close to needing an update, and whilst there are no issues with anything, it’s just starting to look a little tired, but this in no way spoiled our enjoyment and we would certainly return.

Lovely Large Villa
Just returned from a lovely week. Sharron & Kenny were perfect hosts, making sure everything was prepared for our arrival. They both met us at the property and clearly explained everything we needed to know. We did have an issue with the electrics dropping out a few times on day one but Kenny and Sharron came over as soon as we informed them and after a quick fix we had no other problems until the final day. Sharron and Kenny were contactable, accommodating, and attentive. Our whole party of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fab hosts & lovely Villa
We had a fantastic stay here in Moreira. Sharron & Kenny were fantastic hosts. They kept in contact with us before & during our stay making sure everything was ok. They recommended some lovely local restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed. The villa itself was perfect for our needs. On the 2nd day we had an issue with hot water & immediately this was rectified by our hosts. The pool was a great size & we had enough loungers for our whole party. The villa had all the amenities we could need, including towels for the pool, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The walk down to the beach takes around 30-40 mins depending on your pace but is definitely doable. However next time we will definitely be hiring a car! There are several restaurants in walking distance. In particular the Mexy-Go & Casa Lili were fantastic. There was also an Italian but cannot remember the name. The best beach was by far La Portet - absolutely stunning! We would love to stay here again in the future & want to thank Sharron & Kenny for being such great hosts

Lovely villa
We stayed here for a few days and it was lovely! The villa is stunning and has absolutely everything needed for a family holiday. Would probably recommend a car but there are supermarkets and places for food in walking distance. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Perfect family holiday
Just returned from a wonderful family holiday. The villa was perfect with excellent outdoor space. Lovely and clean and very spacious. Although once past the initial hill it is a flat walk into town, we did find it a little far for the little legs in the family and my parents who are both 70 and 71. Having said that it didn’t stop us as we walked into town on 4 different occasions we just would maybe consider a car next time. Sharron and Kenny throughout the whole process of first booking to then arriving and responding to any queries were nothing short of excellent. Nothing was too much bother for them and they made our stay in Moraira so comfortable and easy.

Family and friends summer retreat
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa I loved the layout of the villa and it worked very well for my family and Friends. The pool is larger than expected which was a huge bonus.We didn’t need to bother Sharon and Kenny much the one time I did re timing of the pool lights and where to find a new Gas bottle for the barbecue both was rectified. Straight away.I was really sad to leave as after a 3 week stay I really felt at home there. Would I return to this villa ? Yes I would.

Great villa for groups of friends and families
We all had a very relaxing and fun stay at the villa. The pool area was ideal and the BBQ was great to have and put to good use on several occasions. The villa in a handy location for a number of supermarkets but a little too far from town for little legs to walk. The area of Moraira was really nice and more upmarket than the usual Spanish resorts.

The villa was decent and the outdoor area was great. The pool was very nice and the temp of it during the day was very comfy. Plenty of space for the family on the terrace, sun loungers for all and the sun shines in the pool the whole day. Various tables and chairs for having meals outside were nice. We loved the gas bbq. The hosts Sharon and Kenny were excellent, very helpful and great to communicate with. The welcoming pack was truly a nice gesture.

Great accomodation great pool great time had by all
This was an excellent property modern and well kept. Particularly liked the addition of the welcome pack. Having been to properties arriving late it was just one more added touch of service that just helps make it all the more special. We had a very young family with us so walkng into town wasnt ideal with the initial hill up to the property. That aside had a great time and Sharron and Kenny very helpul when required.

We had a very warm welcome and we're shown around and had everything explained to us. The villa was clean and well presented. It had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. It is close enough to visit the town or sea front. We had booked to use the air conditioning but did not need to. The villa is very airy and light. We slept well as it was comfortable and quiet. The villa is a really good size we stayed with 3 adults and 5 kids didn't get on top of each other at all the area is really nice too supermarket and little shops just at the bottom of the hill and really nice beaches pubs and restaurants a short drive away...The agents who looks after the villa are really nice friendly and professional the villa was clean and welcoming would highly recommend

Mijn verblijf was geweldig, ook de ontvangst van sharron was fantastisch, ze is super vriendelijk en beleefd en gaf ons een rondleiding in het huis!!! We waren zeer tevreden, alleen als aanrader in een van kamer was het een plafondventilator die was net nog wat onvoldoende voor tegen de warmte in de nacht maar deze hebbben we een ventilator genomen van andere kamer en dan was het goed fris. Alles in het huis was proper en alles was aanwezig. Ook heel mooi uit zicht en 3 plaatsen om gezellig te zitten aan tafel. Ook genoeg ligstoelen en zwembas geweldig!!! Ons zie je zeker terug en je ben een aanrader!!!

Ideal para familias y amigos
Ideal para familias y/o amigos. Tranquilidad e intimidad. Zona exterior muy espaciosa y cómoda, con piscina y tumbonas y toallas para todos. Cocina completamente equipada. Aire acondicionado en 3 dormitorios y en el salón. A 5 minutos en coche de la playa de Moraira. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia y hemos pasado unas maravillosas vacaciones.

Séjour magnifique dans une superbe villa
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Les hôtes Sharron and Kenny sont très accueillants et nous ont rendu le séjour agréable et très simple pour le check in et le check out. La villa est spacieuse et bien équipée. La piscine est grande, facile d'accès et adaptée aux enfants comme aux adultes. La villa est idéalement située. A wonderfull house
My family stayed for one week at this beautiful house. The outdoor area is much nicer and lager than expected. The city of Moreira was also a present surprise with a small but nice Beach and many good restaurant. If you want a large house with many bedrooms,a nice pool and a large outdoor area - this is the house to rent
