THE LOCATION

Despite the proximity to these tourist attractions, the location is very quiet, so that your sleep will not be disturbed by the tourist hustle and bustle in Moraira.
THE APARTMENT
The holiday flat consists of 2 accommodation units on the garden floor of a villa.
In the first unit there is a double bedroom, a shower room with WC, a living room and a kitchen with dining area for 6 people. In the second accommodation unit, which is located directly next to the main accommodation unit, there are 2 further double bedrooms and another shower room with WC. This means that up to 6 people can sleep in very comfortable beds and share all the amenities.
LIVING AREA, KITCHEN, DINING AREA
In the first accommodation unit there is a small, cosy living room with Smart TV and air conditioning. The eat-in kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. A bright, nice dining table with comfortable chairs invites you to eat. Up to six people can be seated here. Both the living and dining areas are equipped with air conditioning.
SLEEPING AREAS AND BATHROOMS
In the first accommodation unit there is a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) and air conditioning. There is a shower room with WC. The second accommodation unit has 2 bedrooms with double beds (150 x 190 cm and 160 x 200 cm), equipped with powerful fans and 1 further shower room with WC.
TERRACE, GARDEN,
From the living room and the eat-in kitchen you can access the large covered terrace with a big granite dining table for up to 6 people. The Mediterranean, secluded garden with plenty of space for sun loungers is available for your exclusive use. The garden has its own barbecue area, which can also be used as an outdoor kitchen.
SWIMMING POOL
There is a large swimming pool on the intermediate terrace, which is equipped with a shower and is shared with the owner.
INTERNET, CAR PARK, WASHING MACHINE
Powerful and fast WiFi thanks to fibre optic connection, 1 lockable private parking space and a separate room for the washing machine complete the offer.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
Instead of a high flat rate for the electricity costs of the air conditioning and other electrical appliances, we only charge you for the electricity actually used during your stay at the standard rate of 35 cents/KWh. The final cleaning fee is 95 euros. Both amounts are to be paid in cash on departure.
