Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:
- booking fee 61 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- Bed linen/towels 18 € / person / set (obligatory)
- guarantee 300 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)
plus electricity per consumption (= 0,40 €/kwh)
Between October - May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption.
The Space:
Comfortable holiday villa with spectacular sea views and private pool.
The apartment on the lower floor is available for rent with its own covered terrace and a wonderful patio with lounge character and panoramic windows as well as a pool for private use.
To get to the pool you go under the palm trees along the apartment and up a short flight of stairs.
The apartment has a fitted kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms with king size and queen size beds, 1 Moorish style bathroom.
Internet via Wifi, remote-controlled air conditioning in both bedrooms, sauna only for the winter months.
A mobile Weber electric grill is available for renters.
Very good drinking water quality, which through a
Water filter and treatment system is guaranteed.
There is a second apartment in the house, where the property-owner lives between September till June. But they don`t use the pool. The pool is for private use for the tenants.
Between July and August the upper apartment is closed - and nobody live there.
It is around 2.1 km to the sandy beach and around 1.5 km to the first restaurants and supermarket.
Small dog up to max. 10 kg (at least 1 year old) possible on request.

Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
