Casa Verano is a delightful bright 2 bedroom Villa in Moraira. You are sure to have a relaxing holiday in this very well equipped holiday home.


This property, located in Moraira, (approx 20 mins relatively flat walk to town) is ideal for 4 People. It offers 2 bedrooms, an enclosed front and rear garden with views of the large communal pool.

Relax in the comfortable lounge or enjoy an evening with a glass of wine on the naya (balcony), take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a TV with main UK channel / DVD player, radio, CD player and free wifi. There is a selection of cd's and dvd,s for you to enjoy.

The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals if you don’t want to go out to one of the many restaurants nearby or the ones that are a short walk into town.

The property, which is on one level, has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds.

The bathroom is fitted with a walk in shower and a toilet.

The grounds have a communal pool, tennis court, table tennis and boules.

The villa is just a short walk to many local bars and restaurants and approx 20mins walk to the town.

The Villa features a large ceiling fan in each of the 2 bedrooms and the lounge, Also air conditioning units in the double bedroom and the lounge. washing machine, ironing board and iron and a vacuum cleaner.

Note that the cleaning, towels, bed linen, beach towels and utilities are included in the rental fee. Also on your arrival there will be a welcome pack which includes, water, milk, juice, a bottle of cava. bread, butter eggs and fruit.

Another Wonderful Family Holiday at Casa Verano
We stayed for 2 weeks at Casa Verano for the 2nd time. For us this villa is perfect, it really is like a home from home and has everything needed for a perfect holiday. It is light and airy inside and has a beautiful terrace to sit out on and relax. The bedrooms are good sizes and the beds very comfortable. The facilities are excellent, the communal pool is great and our daughters spent many happy hours in the pool, myself and my husband even managed a few games of tennis. Many of Morairas top rated restaurants are all within walking distance to this villa as well as 2 large supermarkets. Great communication from Chris and Paula, thank you both. We hope to come back again.

Lovely comfortable villa in a fantastic location
We spent almost 3 weeks at Chris and Paula’s villa in Moravit. It’s a long time to be away from home but we found it so comfortable and well equipped, we didn’t feel we were missing out on our home comforts. It was very clean and well maintained. There was a nice welcome pack and we arrived late at night and were able to have a glass of wine ! The bed was very comfortable and extra bedding was provided. The sofa and chairs were comfy too and the kitchen was very well equipped. You could tell how much love the owners have put into the place. It’s a real home from home with lovely personal touches. We were able to log into Netflix etc on the tv and the wifi was very good. We cooked some meals there and had everything we needed. The bathroom was modern and well equipped and there were plenty of towels provided. The terrace and garden were lovely and there were a couple of parasols for shade. It was great to have beach chairs and sun beds as well as a parasol. The pool area was very nice - plenty of beds and chairs and the pool was clean. The location was one of our main reasons for choosing the villa. It’s very close to loads of restaurants and bars along the moraira - calpe road as well as Pepe le Sal. We walked to Cala andrago - about 15 mins and into town - about 25 mins. Everything you need is on your doorstep but it’s so quiet. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We absolutely loved it and will be back !

Wonderful Holiday Bungalow
Our family of 4 had an amazing time staying at this property. Really helpful and great communication from the hosts. The property is really like a home from home, it has everything you need and is by far the best equipped property we've stayed at in Moraira from kitchen utensils to folding up sun loungers that you can take to the fantastic communal swimming pool which is less that a 1 minute walk from the property. The property is really light and airy inside and decorated really tastefully, it has a wonderful terrace that you can sit out on and dine al fresco. We stayed in August and the sun came into the garden from 11am until late into the evening. The location of this property is the best, within a 10 minute walk to some of the finest restaurants in Moraira and the nearest supermarket. It is about a 40minute walk along the coast into Moraira centre, this is also a really pleasant walk. We definitely hope to stay at this property again.

Lovely peaceful place to stay
On arrival we were pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the place was. Plenty of seats in sun and shade, a well equipped kitchen and a few nice surprises in the fridge. We were very lucky having sunshine everyday bar one. Our only fault was there was no heating, we only required it the second day, and we were not too inconvenienced

Loved the location, not far to walk to the beach and main town but plenty of restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The bungalow was immaculate when we arrived, it had a modern feel but also homely. U.K. tv which is not essential but nice to have. I will most defiantly be booking again. Thank you

Cosy atmosphere and excellently good location on a quiet road.
It was a very positive experience in all aspects. Easy to book last minute, communicative host with all relevant information about our arrival and during our stay. The property well equipped, all you need is there and even more. Plenty of space in the lounge, kitchen and the bedrooms also spacious. The little garden at the back with the sun loungers are brilliant for chilling outside. The sun shining into the garden almost whole day. You can have your meals outside on the covered veranda too. Can't thank enough for Chris to let us use their villa. We definitely recommend and hopefully we'll be able to stay again in the future. Regards Laszlo

Charming house with everything you could want on holiday
Located west of the town centre in Moravit, there are plenty of restaurants and a huge supermarket nearby. Really lovely property with comfy beds! Always like to juice our own orange juice, and there was a juicer there! Happy days!

Beautiful clean villa within easy reach of Moraira.
Comfortable, very clean, beautifully decorated villa with neatly landscapes gardens. The communal pool is immaculate as are the tennis courts. Well equipped, we found absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen. The property is in a lovely area and just a short walk away are a choice of local bars and restaurants. The owners were amazing and incredibly helpful. Don’t hesitate to book.

Many thanks Chris and Paula for sharing you wonderful apartment with us for this break. The apartment had all we needed, was well positioned within walking distance of nice restaurant and beaches and a short trip to Moraira. The pool was great too and not busy even in peak season. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The villa is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The owners included a great welcome pack of groceries and there was the use of beach towels, loungers as well as dvds and table tennis equipment for entertainment. The pool area was beautifully maintained with a large pool and super tennis court on-site also. The villa is well situated with cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within a short walking distance. Central Moraira and the beach are a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive with ample parking. I would thoroughly recommended the villa - the owner was very responsive to emails and queries too and I would definitely stay again!

Chris's house is really lovely and very well equiped. The area is calm, near bars and restaurants. Swimming-pool is cleaned every day, Tennis court is nice placed etc... Do not hesitate if you need to have a good time in a nice place !

A la casa no le falta ni un detalle, es recogida y acogedora. La piscina, una pasada. Tanto Chris como Paula han sido unos anfitriones de 10, se agradece la bebida fria y los polos de la nevera, moraira esta a 5 minutos en coche y el supermercado mas y mas a 2. Ankommen und sich wohlfühlen
Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles ist vorhanden und nichts hat gefehlt. Nachts schläft man in den bequemen Betten sehr gut, da die Umgebung sehr ruhig ist. Die Küche weist alles auf, was man zum kochen braucht. Schön finde ich, dass man sogar Gewürze, Essig, Öl ect. vorfindet, eben wie daheim. Wer hier etwas zu jammern hat, jammert auf hohem Niveau. Tip: Das WLAN nachts ausschalten, da es sich im Schlafzimmer befindet. Ist wahrscheinlich gesünder:)
