Wir waren eine Woche mit 6 Erwachsenen im El Paraíso. Wow, oh wow, wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Unterkunft übertraf die Bilder bei weitem. Zunächst einmal war Sylvie wunderbar. Wir hatten zwei Stunden Verspätung vom Flughafen und die Kommunikation mit ihr war brillant. Sie war bei unserer Ankunft für uns da. Die Villa war absolut wunderschön. Das Innere des Hauses war wunderschön eingerichtet. Es gab genug Platz für uns alle. Der Außenbereich war hervorragend. Großer Pool- und Terrassenbereich mit verschiedenen Entspannungsbereichen. Perfekt. Wir liebten den Kochbereich im Freien, wo wir die meiste Zeit verbrachten. Wir hatten kein Auto, also gingen wir überall zu Fuß hin. Der Supermarkt war 15 Minuten entfernt und der Hauptstrand von Moiaria 25 Minuten zu Fuß. Wenn das Gehen schwierig ist, kann die Villa schwierig sein, da sie ziemlich hügelig ist, aber für uns war es in Ordnung. Das Taxi kostete 7 €. Moiaria ist wunderschön und die Unterkunft machte unseren Aufenthalt perfekt.

Séjour au top dans cette villa spacieuse !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la villa se trouve proche de la mer cependant un véhicule est essentiel pour s’y déplacer. Il y a deux beau point de vue sur la mer côté cuisine et sur le peñon côté piscine. Aucun vis à vis, vous serez à l’abri de tous les regards! Côté équipement, ce qu’il faut savoir; Dommage qu’il n’y est pas de volets aux fenêtres des chambres car le jour nous réveille le matin. Le lave vaisselle est trop petit, il manque un micro onde ( il était noté sur l’annonce, soit en rajouter un ou alors supprimer cet élément manquant ). La maison n’est pas équipée de climatisation dans toute les pièces, ( seulement les chambres sont équipés) ce qui est dommage car on a très vite chaud, surtout dans le salon, après la cuisine nous arrivions à créer des courants d’aire! Cependant la piscine est là pour nous rafraîchir et est vraiment top, une bonne profondeur et le plongeoir est vraiment sympas ! Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et nous recommandons cette jolie villa. Merci à Joyce qui était très facilement joignable si nous avions besoin.

Family holiday with young children
This is a gorgeous villa in the perfect location for all. The villa is clean and fresh with a great layout for socialising. The pool was great for young children with wide steps to play on and plenty of outdoor shade to play in. A short walk down the hill brings you to lovely beach bars and restaurants. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful villa in the perfect location.
We have just returned from a two week holiday from this villa. We have had a brilliant holiday. My daughter loved the pool and the adults loved the outside chill out area. The villa is in a perfect location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, beach, golf and the centre of Moraira. Joyce the key holder was there when we arrived and she was easily contactable. I would most definitely return and I would definitely recommend this villa. Thank you for a lovely holiday 😎👍🏻

Hele fijne vakantie gehad in dit huis! Het huis ziet er van binnen en van buiten super mooi uit. Het is een luxe geheel en het interieur is duidelijk kort geleden opgeknapt. Het zwembad met grote loungehoek is prachtig, heerlijk om hier de hele dag te verblijven! Ook de buitenkeuken in de loungehoek is perfect. Het huis ligt dichtbij het strand waar veel leuke restaurantjes met een mooi uitzicht over de baai zijn. Dit huis is dus een echte aanrader. Het enige minpuntje was dat wij er maar 4 dagen verbleven, dit had heel veel langer mogen zijn!!

Wat een fantastisch huis! Wij waanden ons echt in het paradijs. Alle comfort, prachtige omgeving. Vooral het terras, zwembad en lounge gedeelte waren helemaal het einde. Plan was om elke dag uit eten te gaan, maar het was zo relaxed thuis, dat we bijna iedere dag de bbq aangezet hebben en tot in de late uurtjes buiten hebben vertoefd.......heerlijk! Tip wil je lekker uit eten, ga dan naar Chimazu. Prachtig uitzicht, top bediening en bovenal super verse vis en heerlijke steaks. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in IT Paradyske en gaan zeker weer terug komen!

Wij zijn een kleine twee weken in dit heerlijke huis geweest. In combinatie met het heerlijke weer, het fantastische buitenverblijf en prachtige omgeving hebben wij een geweldige vakantie gehad. De ontvangst was uitermate vriendelijk en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huis. Het zwembad is de echte eyecatcher. Schoon, fris en gewoonweg fantastisch. Als ook de badkamer en de slaapkamer nog een opfrisbeurt krijgen, valt er weinig meer te verbeteren. Wij komen heel graag volgend jaar weer terug.

Het zwembadwater was kouder dan het zeewater, dus we hebben er nauwelijks gebruik van gemaakt. Het interieur is verschrikkelijk. We waren met zijn 4-en, maar konden nauwelijks in de kleine woonkamer zitten met zijn allen. De matrassen zijn al lange tijd aan vervanging toe meer mensen hadden daarover geklaagd. Verder was alles in het huis erg vochtig/klam. Ook de stoelen, bank EN bedden dus! Erg vervelend om in te gaan slapen. Kortom als je door het tegenvallende weer op het huisje bent aangewezen is het een ramp! Verder veel overlast door werkzaamheden in de wijk. Er wordt veel gerenoveerd/gebouwd. En dan voor dat geld we zijn diep teleurgesteld. De tussenpersoon ter plekke was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar kon aan bovenstaande zaken niet veel anders doen dan het doorgeven van ons ongenoegen. Tot overmaat van ramp komt mijn vrouw thuis met een longontsteking dat zou je aan het slapen in een vochtig/bacterie-rijk bed wel over kunnen houden. Verder nog geen eettafel in het huis??? Waar moet je dan eten als het buiten koud is? En de badkamers stellen ook weinig voor. De foto's van de buitenkant van het huis op de site zijn leuk, maar erg misleidend.

Wij, gezin met 3 kinderen, hebben 3 weken genoten van deze prachtige villa met zwembad! De rust die we zochten, vonden we hier. Toch zo centraal gelegen dat we diverse uitstapjes hebben gemaakt naar o.a Algar watervallen, Benidorm, Los Alcazares, maar ook in Moraira naar strand, parasailen, en lekker hapje eten drinken. Kortom een topvakantie!!!

Wij hebben twee zalige weken vakantie gehad in villa 't paradyske.Dit is werkelijk een heel mooie villa met alle nodige luxe.De lounge area rond het zwembad is heel gezellig en zeker 's avonds als de lichten branden.Graag wou ik ook Joyce en Peter , de vertegenwoordigers ginder ter plaatse bedankenvoor hun uitstekende zorgen. Niks is voor die mensen teveel.Deze vakantie is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
