One was closed and the other was cold. Luckily they were able to get this resolved within a few hours. A couple of weird Maintenace issues - I had to re position the sink drain stopper to get water to drain- the rug wouldn’t let the bathroom door close. "The Alpenhof is a wonderful old hotel right in the middle of Teton Village. As the billionaires have pushed the millionaires out of Jackson, the Alpenhof remains a gem... a place where the rest of us can still afford to stay at the base of the ski resort. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I had shipped our skis to the hotel, and they were waiting in the ski room when we got there. "This was amazing! All the staff was great! The front desk team stood out the most. I did forget some names but they were all amazing!!! Two guys and a blonde woman. I think one of the guys names was Robert. All around 10/10. The text line with the team was so easy and one of the best highlights and a great way to communicate to the team for whatever we or they needed or requested. This visit was amazing! The serving staff and bar staff was above and beyond!! "
