This unit is located on the fourth floor and access requires stairs.

Tensleep B13 guests enjoy complimentary access to the exclusive Sundance Swim and Tennis Club. Located just moments away from your retreat, Sundance features two outdoor hot tubs, a heated pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, as well as changing rooms and an outdoor grill. Whether you're seeking a relaxing soak beneath the mountain sky or looking to engage in some friendly competition on the courts, Sundance offers the perfect setting. Please note that the club is open during two distinct seasons, from Memorial Day through early October and again from late November through early April, ensuring that you have ample opportunities to make the most of this fantastic amenity during your stay.

Guests of this home enjoy complimentary access to a ski shuttle, which runs daily between 7:30 AM and 11 PM during the winter season. The shuttle runs regular routes between the condo and the base of the Tram, offering a convenient transportation option connecting guests to the world class skiing and snowboarding at Jackson Hole Mountain resort without worrying about parking.

Home away from home
We liked our stay and settled right in. One issue was there where no hangers for any of our clothes. We did leave a message with no response. We ended up purchasing them on our own. The view and location was great.

Clean small apartment for Adventure Basecamp
Very nicely kept place to settle in for the evening after a day of being out and about. I would have given 5 stars but the description doesn't state that this unit is on the 4th floor and you need to walk around the back of the building and up 2.5 flights of stairs to access the unit. It was fine for us, but some guests may find this difficult. Otherwise it was one of the nicest places we have stayed!

Perfect accommodation for our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers). Easy access to Teton Village by shuttle or walking. We didn't drive anywhere once we arrived. Great view. Pool/hot tub accessibility. Quiet 3rd story unit.

Convenient location but falling short of cleanliness and certain details
The condo is conveniently located in Teton Village. The shuttle bus to the Jackson Hole ski resort comes regularly and parks right outside of the condo. Note that this condo is located on the third floor of the building, which was not a big problem for us but should be taken into consideration for those with concerns. Also note that this condo only has one bathroom, which could make it crowded for three people and above. On the day of arrival, we were notified by the management team of a one-hour delay in check-in time, and we were reimbursed for this delay. We were happy with the communication and appreciated the reimbursement. After we checked in, we noticed multiple issues relating to the condition and sanitation of the apartment, including a missing smoke detector, a spillage on the living room ceiling, spilled wine on the living room couch and a couch pillow, a sticky marshmallow/gum on the floor in one bedroom, missing hand soap and sponge in the kitchen, etc. We reported these issues to the management. The team was quick to reply and supplied us with sponge and offered a complimentary mid-stay cleaning. We were happy with the responsiveness, but we wish the apartment had been in better shape and had been cleaned properly before we arrived.

Great ski spot a short walk from the mountain
I stayed here with 2 friends in February 2022. The unit was modest, but had everything we needed. Getting to the mountain is easy: a shuttle comes every ~15 minutes, but even if you miss it, it's only a ~0.5 mile walk to the base. You can ski back even closer (depending on how much snow is on the side of the road). The only downside was the lack of a place to store our stuff before check-in/after check-out, but we managed.

Overall a great experience
The condo is in a very good location with the shuttle bus stopping right out front. The Moose Creek lift was close enough to walk to, which we did several days. The condo itself is a little bit of a hike from the parking lot - you need to go around back and up 3 flights of stairs. The condo itself is well equipped in the kitchen and other areas. Not a lot of closet/dresser space though. The building is a bit dated and you can sound travels through the walls more than usual. A true highlight of our stay was the responsiveness of the Outpost management company. They communicate mostly by email, but are extremely prompt. I typically received responses back from them within 5 minutes. There were a few issues I needed resolved, and they were on it! In every trip you're going to have a couple of things that need attention, and it was great to have those things addressed promptly and effectively. Overall, I would recommend this condo rental - especially given the superior management company that runs it.

Teton Getaway
We had a great time in the Tetons. I rated the way I did because we were not aware that there is no air condition in the unit and at the end of the day the apartment was very hot. At the time the pool/hot tub that were " Included" was also closed... which was disappointment sine that is part of the reason we book this property. So that would have been good information to know before hand. We also had a few issues come up with our stay, we contacted the property manager and our concerns were address and what was asked was taken care of which was nice. Overall we had a great stay, would stay again but would just verify before hand of what's open and whats not at the time. Teton Village was beautiful.

Perfect stay for our time in Jackson. No AC was a trouble at times. Also I think a few of the screen have holes in them because when we did have the windows open bugs would somehow get through. But besides that a great stay
