"Great location, close to bars, restaurants & a supermarket. Ideal base for exploring El Cotillo and its beaches. Studio apartment was large, with a comfortable king sized bed. Nice roof terrace with small pool and great views. Check in was via emails & key collected easily from a lock box. "

"We booked a deluxe apartment, not sure what the difference is. The apartment was roomy, adequate kitchen for breakfasts and lunches no oven although microwave was a combi oven/microwave. Beds were comfy. Terrace/balcony was large with sunbeds, luckily we were in the sun most of the day. Bathroom had walkin shower with plenty of hot water although it did need some maintenance (grouting and sealant need replacing, mould on bottom of shower screen) Friendly helpful staff on reception. "The apartment was dated but reasonably well maintained and very clean. When I arrived it was like entering a well built and well equipped apartment in 1980! The kitchen fittings, bedroom wardrobes and bathroom fittings appeared to be original, right down to the 3/4 bath and of course the bidet!"

"Price was cheap has things do do round Apparment a pubs shops clubs etc if you don’t want to drive to town gym on there market at bottom Tuesdays and Sundays cheap chearful little buggagloes if your on a budget and don’t want beach side properties you pay for what I get all you moaners on here 👍"

"We had an enjoyable short stay in February. The location is absolutely perfect. Just off the main strip. Far enough away to have a quiet nights sleep, yet close enough for so many restaurants and shops. Apartments are clean & have everything you need. They are dated and old fashioned, but that didn’t bother us. The apartments are very spacious. The pool area looked nice. I would definitely recommend to others. Great value for money."

Informed Reception...Still Nothing Stayed in Apt 113...As Far back from All Amenities as you can Get !!!..With no other Guests anywhere near Yet Many Guests were in Apts right beside Pool ??..lovely Complex..Good Wifi...Would Still Come Back...Reception Opens at 1pm.."
