"Staff are great and very hospitable. Suite style rooms are large but ours needed a deep clean in the bathroom and around the dusty furniture. The TV reception was a bit hit or miss if you walked nearby it. A mix of old and new furniture, the bed was super comfy"

"AMAZING Thank You. Everything you need inside the caravan and outside. Has a lovely balcony to sit outside. Very close to all the funfair, beach, shops and the amusements. Has a little market up the road on a Saturday. Great communication with the owner. Very safe has card for barriers to get in and out the caravan park. Would definately recommend and would definately stay again. Once again Thank you"

"We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the hotel to celebrate our friend’s 60th birthday. Everything was perfect. Stunning location, helpful staff, immaculately clean throughout and superb breakfast. On the first night the staff went out of their way to seat us in our own private room for dinner. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a peaceful stay in the countryside near to Lincoln."

"Great reception and hosts keen to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. As there was a function in the hotel that night we were offered the opportunity to move with our friends to the Katrina Suite, a modern 2 bedroom flat, a couple of minutes away. This was perfect for us and we were able to walk to the hotel for a lovely breakfast the next morning Parking was available and easy. "
