"The staff were really helpful and spoke English. The breakfast was great. The room was clean. The only downside (which isn’t the hotel’s fault) is that we were told there would be a taxi stand at the ferry station. There was not. It was 10pm and an uber would have taken at least 30 minutes to wait for. We ended up having to walk with our luggage in the rain to the hotel. It was close enough to walk but probably 25 minutes. But I recommend the hotel overall."

"Nice hotel close to the port. The rooms were spacious with a nice view of the city street. If you have mobility issues and carry lots of luggage, this is not an ideal hotel as there are no elevators. Our room was on the fourth floor. No bathroom in your room but you will have your own bathroom down the hall. Breakfast was amazing and a friendly staff. The free shuttle to the cruise port was 7 minutes away at Largo della Pace, 00053 Civitavecchia RM, Italy. "

"House is very old with rustic features but we were very disappointed that there was no dishwasher, microwave or toaster as described in the facilities plus there was no kettle. There are also very steep old stone steps to the first floor which are not suitable for very young children or elderly people. The house would also benefit from some sort of air conditioning or fans as it was very hot at night. However, the pool area is really lovely and the breeze during the hot weather was very...

"I made a reservation with the information that it was 14km away from Saturnia at the time of booking, and the Resort and Saturni were 35km. Also, the mattress of the bed felt a spring in my body and could not sleep easily. When I got out, I could not clean my room."

"The people at the desk and in the breakfast room were kind and helpful. After I inquired about the town and a little of its history the man at the desk gave me the most wonderful run down about the Papal Palace and Italian history in general. I had a blast hearing about the world from his well-considered point of view."

"This Hotel was incredible..... Honestly it seemed to good to be true when we're first looking at it but it well surpassed our expectations. It was beautiful, the staff were welcoming and accommodating. We have been telling everyone we could to go to this hotel. Amazing, amazing, amazing."

"An absolute surprise, a gem in the middle of nowhere it seemed, but in reality, close to many different towns, and things to do. I don't normally rate 5 stars, but from the excellent meet to leaving, the entire staff was perfect. A five star meal, cupped with 5 star service, can not praise this place enough. A must while in Sorrano. Thank you all for my stay. "
