"Las colinas is a perfect getaway that will satisfy everyone's idea of fun. First off great parking. Then you have a golf cart to run down to the beach club where the group that wants to lay in the sun and have a drink can do that. While someone can ride a bicycle right down the hill to the malicone. You are 20 minutes away from balandra beach. We go fishing out of the harbor.babaminutes away from the laundry Beach"

"From weeks in advance to the day before our stay, the property manager was amazing. She answered all of our questions way in advance, text us from her personal cell throughout our drive from Cabo and was at the property to meet us when we arrived. She went over all of the luxuries of this property along with all of amenities we had access to as part of this wonderful property. This property is perfect for a stay in La Paz. It has access to Hotel Indigo, a golf cart with private path to the hotel, which includes restaurants, marina, private beach club, gym, coffee shop, etc. There are amazing restaurants within the hotel, on the top of the private golf club with amazing views. We had gym access, heated swimming pool access at the hotel and at our gated property as well. All of the staff was friendly and beyond wonderful. Our villa was perfect for our family with a room for both our 19 year old son and our 7 year old daughter, with a master bedroom, walk in closet, master bath and great water pressure, bottled water service and full kitchen. La Paz is a gem and this location is central to all that it has to offer. El Malecon is just a 10-15 minute drive away with plenty of surrounding parking or lyfts available. The surrounding beaches are only 15 minutes away. Highly recommend the property and we will hopefully be back next December. Thank you Marcela for an amazing stay!"

"The location is beautiful with an infinity pool overlooking the beach. The beach club is private and amazing service. The condo overlooks the marina which is lovely, and there are several restaurants within walking distance. The sushi place close by is amazing! And there’s a little market with everything you need. The condo is large, modern and well decorated. Parking is free and easy. Only drawback is that it’s in a quiet area, if you want more excitement then La Paz is 15 min drive away. You will need a car to get here, and it’s challenging to get a cab. "

"We spent Father’s Day weekend with family and friends in Puerta Cortes. We have stayed many times in Las Colinas, but we chose this house because we like the floor plan and bedroom configuration. It accommodated 2 families very comfortably. I like that the master is upstairs so much children didn’t have to go up or down stairs like some of the other floor plans. The views were also great from this house and the master bedroom has a large terrace with a jacuzzi and great ocean views. The owner and property manager were very responsive and accommodating. We found everything in the house to be as it was presented in the listing. Check in was easy and we didn’t show up till 10 pm. We had beach club access with this rental which is where we enjoyed our days. We would definitely rent this house again for our next visit to La Paz!"
