"A very loud fire alarm went off at 4am and went on for quite a while. I was already running on the stairs when it stopped. Goodbye sleep. The following morning I was expecting some apologies but no. When I mentioned it, the guy at the reception very cheerfully said "Oh, that. Yes, there was no fire, it was just a coffee machine. But so we know that the alarm works!" Which is Mecklenburg-Vorpommern idea of sense of humour, maybe."

"Perfect for staying by the Inselsee for a couple of days. Beautiful location by the lake. Maybe better to come with a car, but 15 min walk there are occasional buses to train station also. Bike rental nearby. Service superb and friendly. Nice buffet breakfast. With such bargain price really worth to go for. "

"Leider waren Dampfsauna und Kinderplanschbecken defekt,ohne vorherige Hinweise dazu. Die Küche im Hotelzimmer war nicht nutzbar(Wasseranschluss/Kühlschrank/keine Ausstattung). Ansonsten sehr nettes Personal und tolles Essen."

"I will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was neat. Krakow is a cute little fishing village. The only negative was that there wasn't an elevator and we were on the last level. This is definitely a problem for someone who can't climb stairs like my 86 year old mom who just had hip replacement surgery. But once we made it up we just stayed in the room for the night. The breakfast was good the next morning. Again the staff was very pleasant."

"Es war einfach traumhaft . Es war möglich unsere Hunde mit zu nehmen . Die komplette hotelanlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt . Für jede altersklasse ist dort etwas zu erleben von streichelzoo bis wunderbare Spaziergänge im wald ist alles möglich. Das Personal liest einem jeden Wunsch von den lippen ab . Wir kommen gerne wieder denn wir als Familie lieben diese stille der Natur. Viele wildtiere gibt es dort auch zu sehen "

"This is a hostel and not a hotel. It is only ideal for one night. They do not clean the room nor give you fresh sheets or towels during a longer stay. We stayed 6 nights and it's too long. If you want these services you have to pay for them. I understand not cleaning but you need towels during a long stay. Any room that faces the square will face 24 hour noise from Street cleaning at 6am, the setting up of market stalls at 6am three times a week, church bells all night and shouting and screaming...
