Villa Bellavista takes its name from the beautiful breathtaking wide view of the Marina di Tertenia.
The interiors of the villa are a pleasant and elegant mix of local Sardinian craftsmanship and modern design and spaces designed to offer you everything you need during your stay in this corner of paradise. Arranged on one floor, you can have a double bedroom with sea view, a second bedroom with bunk bed, spacious living room with Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower, laundry area with outdoor shower, Complete dining room with everything you need for your stay.
There is also a relaxation area with chaise longue and barbecue area, to enjoy the beautiful evenings overlooking the sea.

Please be advised that upon arrival at the property, all the guests must show their ID’s and pay the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person per night in cash, for a maximum of 7 nights. City Tax is mandatory in Tertenia for stays from 1 May to 31 October.
