Near Tertenia
Overall a lovely place, rustic and quiet if you are looking for a rural stay (not overly developed). On site restaurant was good (breakfast, lunch and dinner; staff was great; excellent view over looking the sea. Close to other restaurants and local fruit/veggie vendors; grocery close by as well. Beach near by was clean and water warm.

Entspannter Urlaub in der Sonne
Schönes Haus mit schattiger Veranda und sehr schön blühendem Oleander. großer Tisch und Grill vorhanden. Pool sauber und großzügig. Strand in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Lage insgesamt etwas abseits, Auto für alles zwingend erforderlich. Sehr netter Host, immer erreichbar bei Fragen! Insgesamt sehr schöne Location mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet für einen schönen und ruhigen Familienurlaub.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit auf Sardinien. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Den Pool haben unsere Kinder sehr genossen und wurde zwei mal die Woche gereinigt. Unsere Vermieterin hat sich bei Fragen immer sofort gemeldet! Vielen Dank nochmal für den schönen Urlaub!

Sardinien von der ruhigen Seite
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Anlage Abba Urci, etwas abgelegen in Tertenia (Ogliastra), einer eher naturnahen und authentischen Gegend Sardiniens. Die Anlage selber ist terrassenförmig angelegt und jeweils vier Unterkünfte teilen sich einen ausreichend großen Pool. Den nahe gelegenen Strand Foxi Manna erreicht man nach einem 15 minütigen Fussweg. Also ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Familien und Ruhesuchende. Oberhalb von Abba Urci befindet sich die Appartementanlage Babai Village Resort. In dem zugehörigen Restaurant kann man gut essen und Cocktails genießen. Unterhalb von Abba Urci, Richtung Meer, befindet sich das Restaurant Shardan. Auch hier kann man sehr gut essen, mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Supermarkt befindet sich 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und bietet alles, was der Selbstversorger benötigt. Die Unterkunft selber ist einfach ausgestattet und sauber, jedoch etwas klein, dazu nur mit einem Bad/WC, wenn man, so wie wir, mit 5 Personen anreist. Der Aussenbereich selbst bietet dagegen ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Personen und verfügt zudem über 3 Sonnenliegen. Die anliegenden Wohnungen sind nur durch ein Rankgitter voneinander getrennt, was, je nach Nachbarschaft, schon mal etwas stören kann. Wir hatten Glück und hatten den Pool fast den gesamten Aufenthalt für uns alleine. Generell ist es idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die schönen Buchten rund um Cala Goloritze kennen zu lernen und auch die Süd/Ost-Küste entlang der Costa Rei, bis runter nach Villasimius, kann man nach einer 1 - 1,5h Autofahrt gut erkunden. Nicht zu vergessen die schöne Hauptstadt Cagliari. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft, mit tollem Pool.

Parfait!
Super expérience en plein milieu de la nature. Petite maison et sa piscine au top, proprios d’une gentillesse qui ne se trouve plus ! Amateurs de nature et de tranquillité cette maison est faite pour vous. Toutes commodités, pour les adultes comme pour les plus petits (nous avons un bébé de 9 mois), rien à redire, le top du top. A tel point que nous regrettons déjà ce lieu pour notre 2eme semaine en sardaigne plus au sud. A recommander à 300%!
