Die Lage des Hauses war super. Sauber und ordentlich. Die Küchen top ausgestattet. Sonnenschirm und Strandstühle standen zur Verfügung. War echt gut, dass es Klimaanlage in Schlafzimmer gibt. Außendusche im Garten. Gegenüber kleiner Laden...alles man braucht, frisches Fleisch, warmes essen....Die Gastgeberin war aber die beste. Silvia war sehr zuvorkommend, immer für uns erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderbarer Strandurlaub in schönem Haus
Mutig haben wir dieses Haus ohne eine einzige Bewertung gebucht :-) Das wurde belohnt! Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenis, 2 Kleinkinder) hatten wunderbare 2 Wochen in diesem Haus. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, die Vermieterin stand per WhatsApp rund um die Uhr für Wünsche, Fragen, Ausflugstipps bereit. Das Haus war einwandfrei sauber, was man ja vorher nie so genau weiß. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 großes mit Schrank und Kommode (1. OG) und zwei kleine nur mit jeweils 2 Betten (1. OG bzw. EG). Das Wohnzimmer besteht aus einer Küchenzeile und einem 6er Esstisch sowie einer kleinen Rattan Couch und einem TV. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt zweckmäßig aus unserer Sicht völlig ausreichend für einen Badeurlaub, bei dem man sich die meiste Zeit draußen aufhält. Die große Terrasse bietet zu jeder Zeit für mind. 6 Pers. sowohl Schatten als auch Sonne. Insgesamt entsprechen die Fotos exakt dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Der Garten war super für die Kinder zum spielen, es gibt auch hier zu jeder Tageszeit Schatten. Außerdem stehen 2 Liegen zur Verfügung. In einer Kammer gab es zudem ein wenig Strand-Ausrüstung: Strandstuhl, Sonnenschirme, Strandlaken. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Das Haus gehört zu einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung. Man ist ab vom Touristenrummel (dem wir in dieser Ecke Sardiniens nirgendwo begegnet sind) aber dennoch nicht völlig allein im Nirgendwo, das fanden wir ganz schön. Marina di Tertenia ist kein Ort mit einem richtigen Zentrum. Einige seeeehr schöne und erstaunlich preiswerte Restaurants liegen verstreut im 5 Min. Umkreis (Auto). Läden zum bummeln oder flanieren gibt es nicht, hier macht man wirklich Natur- und Genussurlaub. Es gibt verschiedene Strände, wobei der "Hausstrand" Foxi de Murdegu aus unserer Sicht der schönste und ruhigste war, so dass wir nicht woanders waren. Man läuft gemütlich in 5 Min. zum Strand (perfekt für Kinder), es gab auch immer ausreichend Parkplätze sehr nah am Strand. Wir waren absolut begeistert, wie leer der Strand in der absoluten Hochsaison (Mitte bis Ende Juli) oft war. Gegenüber befindet sich eine Fleischerei mit tollem Fleischangebot, Brötchenverkauf und sämtlichen Lebensmitteln in bester Tante Emmaladen Manier. So mussten wir uns nie großartig mit dem Einkaufen befassen, sondern konnten jederzeit, das, was fehlte, einkaufen. 7 Tage geöffnet, sonntags nur vormittags. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
