Lobby and common areas were updated and nice. Breakfast was tasty and had homemade oatmeal, my favorite as well as other tasty hot food options. Our first floor room was fine except the bathroom area was in need of some repair under the sink (though everything functioned). For the money, I didn’t expect to see peeling wallpaper. That said, our stay was a positive experience.

Texas Roadhouse is across the street. Now my family’s favorite place. I guess this is more of a review for Texas Roadhouse than Hampton inn. We would stay there again.

The motel did have a good breakfast and the room was clean and the bed comfortable. But for the price of the room the quality was substandard. The bathroom was too small with a shelf for towels positioned OVER the sink. And TV fare was below average as well.
