"The location is superb, the building is a bit old; narrow hallways and elevator. The windows are drafty, the front desk is available at a very limited time. Don't pay for the breakfast they offer. You'll regret it "

"This outfit has several hostals in Salamanca centre. They sent me to a different one from what I had booked. Also thevreception was in a different one again, lots of walking to and fro. And reception open only 5-9 pm . And if you don't have them on WhatsApp you cannot get your entry codes ..."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times before and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and generally comfortable but my room had an infestation of ants in the bathroom. Food is very good and good value."

"The hotel is well located in Salamanca and walking distance to most sights. The staff were friendly and the rooms very clean. The bed was quite firm and whilst some people prefer that, I found it too uncomfortable for me. "
