   gardens surrounding the house and for exclusive use. It can accommodate 6 / people. The furnished and very equipped house is 100 square meters with a large patio and garage. It is equipped with protective grates and double fence. Each room is air conditioned. In this property you can sunbathe from sunrise to sunset, for the wonderful position it enjoys, both in the garden and on the beautiful solarium terrace where you can enjoy the coolness in the evening. In the patio-veranda area you can enjoy your meals in peaceful serenity and enjoying the lemon-tree view and the restful gardens. It is located in a residence 200 meters from the sea with practicable and comfortable roads on foot or by bicycle. Nearby the cycle path that runs along the sea. The shops are very close on foot and in front of the house. The beach is free and equipped for a fee. We are very close to the Circeo park with Mount Circeo called "Golden Mountain" and home to the ancient Circe Maga. In the open sea the islands of Ponza, Palmarola, Zannone and Ventotene. More in Ventotene and Ischia. At the port you can embark every day for the various islands. Near Terracina with the various remains of antiquity. The pretty towns and the Blue Flag: Sabaudia, S. Felice Circeo, Sperlonga and Gaeta. The "Giardini di Ninfa" stand out, which can be visited in spring and summer. Still near the Fossanova Abbey of Gothic art. To reach Rome, which is about an hour's drive away, there is the A1 Milano Napoli motorway, beyond the Pontina road.

Horrible stay in this house she overcharged ask for cash very intrusive and constantly call !!! The house is very small and smell be careful ! Orribile esperienza la padrona molto invadente e state attenti lei chiede extra soldi liquidi state attenti la casa e’ piccola e puzza di vecchio umido

Ottima esperienza
La casa è completamente indipendente, accogliente, molto funzionale, gli spazi sono ampi, è dotata di tutto ciò che serve e anche di più, il giardino è ampio e curato e per finire è situata veramente a due passi dal mare. Grazie al giardino e alla vicinanza al mare è l'ideale per chi ha bambini piccoli o per chi viaggia in compagnia dei propri animali. Comoda per visitare le località turistiche della zona e a servizi di ogni tipo. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e super cortesi.

Villa pet friendly a 2 passi dal mare
La villa di Caterina è un paradiso per chi come me va in vacanza con i propri amici a 4 zampe! La casa è spaziosa, pulitissima, dotata di ogni comfort, con aria condizionata e un enorme giardino dove i cani possono giocare e riposare al fresco. La casa è libera sui quattro lati, non confina con altre proprietà quindi si ha la certezza che gli animali non daranno fastidio ai vicini! A pochi minuti a piedi dal mare e vicino a bar, tabacchi e alimentari. Ma la cosa che rende questa casa speciale e’ la gentilezza di Caterina e sua figlia, 2 persone accoglienti e generose come poche volte mi è capitato di incontrare. Torneremo sicuramente!!! Grazie di tutto! Serena

Settimana troppo corta
Abbiamo passato una settimana bellissima, casa con giardino bellissimo, vicina al mare,pulitissimo. Con la macchina si raggiungono in breve tempo località bellissime,Sperlonga,Gaeta e molte altre. Un grazie alla signora Caterina e a suo marito. Da ritornare.

Villetta Consorzio Nuova Santa Monica
Abbiamo soggiornato nella villetta della signora Rosina per 3 settimane con i nostri 3 cani.La signora Rosina è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile. La villetta si trova in un consorzio con accesso diretto al mare,che si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi, con possibilità di spiaggia libera attrezzata. La casa è dotata di giardino interno ed esterno, molto apprezzato dai nostri cani; di aria condizionata in ogni stanza, lavatrice ed un bel patio per mangiare.La signora Rosina ci ha fornito inoltre la biancheria da letto e da bagno, la cucina è ben attrezzata con piatti e pentole. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e consigliamo quindi questa villetta, come unico accorgimento potremmo suggerire di eliminare qualche mobile e suppellettile per rendere più agevole la pulizia!

Très bel emplacement surtout à la mi-septembre tranquillité assurée
Villa avec toutes les commodités pour parfaire il faudrait mettre à disposition des vélos pour éviter de prendre son véhicule pour faire les courses journalières . Le supermarché à proximité vient de fermer c'est bien dommage .Si vous êtes possesseurs de chiens ils seront aux anges car il y a un bon jardin avec une enceinte tout autour et la plage est libre et à cette période il n'y a personne .La villa est en sécurité car elle est dans un quartier privé et surveillé par caméra et personnel de surveillance .Nous avons passé un bon séjour la plage est à 300 mètres avec sable et vous avez pied jusqu'à environ 50 mètres .Pour nous qui venons du nord nous ne sommes pas habitués aux moustiques et aux mouches car ils sont légions . Les propriétaires sauront répondre à toutes vos questions et vous donneront de bons conseils car ils sont originaires du Lazio . Ils sont vraiment sympathiques et de surcroît très honnêtes .Nous vous recommandons cette location n'hésitez pas à aller à Rome et à Naples par le train . Faites la visite des îles Pontines . Et allez au marché de Terracine , et faites la visite de Latina .Vivement que le pont soit réparé car la route est coupée et vous devrez faire un bon détour sur une route bien dégradée programmez bien votre GPS . Casa accogliente e attrezzata di tutti i comfort per una famiglia di 4 persone con 2 bimbi piccoli
Siamo stati l ultima settimana di giugno e ci siamo trovati benissimo la casa funzionale per le nostre esigenze, molto pulita e attrezzata di tutto il necessario . Giardino molto bello soprattutto il patio molto comodo. Molto comodo il posto macchina col garage di proprietà. L accesso al mare è abbastanza comodo con una passeggiata di 5 minuti dove si accede ad una spiaggia dedicata al consorzio privato. Mare e spiaggia molto belli adatti per bambini piccoli. La signora caterina e il marito gentilissimi e molto alla mano. Speriamo di tornarci prossimamente.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit privatem Innenhof
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Caterina und Pino empfangen und haben uns sofort in ihrem Ferienhaus wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Ferienhaus ist so ausgestattet, dass man sich ohne Probleme selbst verpflegen kann. Der Strand war nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und zu unserer Reisezeit waren wir oft ganz alleine dort. Die Betten sind super bequem und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Ganz toll fanden wir den wunderschönen Innenhof mit der liebevollen Bepflanzung und den Zitronenbäumen.

Vacanza settembrina al Circeo
La casa è comoda e spaziosa, mobilio non moderno ma non è fondamentale, dispone di un bel giardino curato e vivibile. Molto buona anche la dotazione di base della casa, che comprende tra le altre cose il microonde, il phon, la lavatrice e una buona scelta di piatti e bicchieri, pentole per cucinare e attrezzi da cucina vari (cosa per niente scontata). Il mare è raggiungibile con una passeggiata. La casa si trova all'interno di un consorzio e questo (almeno a settembre) assicura silenzio e tranquillità. Inoltre la posizione consente di fare escursioni e visite interessanti nei dintorni con un'oretta di macchina al massimo. Nel complesso una vacanza rilassante e piacevole.

Veramente bella e accogliente per chi cerca pace e tranquillità senza preoccupazioni x l'animale
Proprietari gentili e premurosi pronti ad accogliere ogni necessità degli ospiti. La casa con ogni confort e accessori per un soggiorno senza problemi. Il mare è stupendo limpido e cristallino come pochi. La casa è situata a pochi km. da località rinomate come Gaeta e la montagna spaccata, Sperlonga con le sue grotte e scavi romani e alle isole proprio di fronte raggiungibili con imbarcazioni che le collegano dal porto di Terracina. Io e la mia famiglia con il nostro cane ci siamo trovati molto bene e ringraziamo i proprietari per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità.

Comoda, accogliente, casalinga
Villetta molto pittoresca con giardino in stile messicano pieno di limoni, per me adattissimo, avendo un cane di grossa taglia è sicuro, spazioso, ideale. La casa ha tutto il necessario, non è lussuosa ma è comoda, sembra di essere a casa propria. Il rapporto qualitá /prezzo è adeguato. È inserita in una sorta di multiproprietá, in sè piuttosto anonima, ma ha il vantaggio di essere sicura e vicino alla spiaggia, che si raggiunge a piedi in 5/10 minuti dall'interno. Ah, dimenticavo...La proprietaria è super, disponibile e accogliente.
