Pretty little house of 48 m2, full foot, 200 meters from the beach in Terracina, located between Rome and Naples. Comprising a large bedroom with a double bed, very large wardrobe and chest of drawers. A lounge-dining room with a sofa bed in 140. A fitted kitchen area new. A bathroom, including a shower, a toilet, sink and bidet.

great location good equipment not so clean
We stay here for a 3 weeks, it was comfortable flat in a nice house, where was totally privacy and peace. Location of the house is perfect, beach, shops, coffee and restaurants are nearby. Concrete garden with a table in a shade of trees was great to have a nice breakfast. The equipment was satisfactory: washing machine, oven, fridge, comfortable bed, air condition...the only thing which was not ok, was order in the house. Bathroom, kitchen, floor, was messy. First day we bought some cleaning products, cleaned the house of myself and after it was a great stay. Thank you:) (dishwasher was not available)

Very nice!
A very beautiful place to have a rest. The house is very cute, clear and it's comfortable to live there. The location is perfect, it's near the sea and in 10 minutes from old town. There is a big supermarket "Lidl" about 5 minutes by walk. Also the place is rather quiet. The owner of the house is very nice, very helpful and friendly.

L'appartamento è una vecchia casetta tipica dei pescatori ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno e anche un piccolo spazio esterno per mangiare. La padrona di casa zoulikha è gentilissima e molto disponibile e anche Regina la signora che vi accoglie. Vicinissima alla spiaggia, e ad minimarket, farmacia, bar, pizzeria al taglio e caseificio. Posizione perfetta

Im Hof wurde man von Mücken und von Schimmel an der Wand abgeschreckt. In der Wohnung nur alte unbrauchbare Möbel. Das Bett war eine Katastrophe. Wir buchen normalerweise ein Apartment um auch Hause zu essen. Wir haben kein einziges Mal zu Hause gegessen. Einzig positive war die Lage. Würde ich es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Da ripetere sicuramente...
Un soggiorno piacevole in una casetta perfetta per fare qualsiasi cosa. Ubicata al centro tra la spiaggia, a pochi metri, la via principale con i negozi e i supermercati. La casa è piccolina ma provvista di tutto, dalle lenzuola agli asciugamani, utensili per la cucina, lavatrice e addirittura un ferro da stiro. Zoulikha la proprietaria è una persona carinissima e disponibile. Noi una famiglia di quattro persone, ormai quasi tutti adulti, siamo stati bene e la consiglierei a chi vuole soggiornare a Terracina.

Poteva andare meglio
La casa all'interno è spaziosa e tutto sommato accogliente. L'esterno è poco curato e con erbacce alte. Peccato la cucina sia alimentata da una bombola del gas, che ha emanato una puzza tremenda di gas per tutto il soggiorno, oltre al fatto che avevo paura di saltare in aria! Ho anticipato la partenza di un giorno. Peccato.
