"Hidden costs for cleaning which was extremely disappointing (be prepared to cough up extra €60 for that). Extra charges for the towels (€10 er set per person) which are not included in the price. Never experienced anything like that. For the 6 days of stay apartment wasn't cleaned even once and you have to take care of your rubbish!!! No sofa in the room you can only seat at the wonky chair or lay down on your bed. Wi-fi was almost non existing. Only in communal areas and that wasn't working...

"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...

"The beach resort is a step up from glamping, nice layout very well maintained gardens, pool is really fabulous and you can walk to the beach we’re you have access to a sunshade umbrella and beach beds. The beach like most in Sardinia is amazing clear water and great snorkelling. The resort is geared towards local tourism, mainly italian coming over with their cars. "Every morning after 6am rubish track coming, they seperate recycling into 4 different bins. And then the local house next door started his noisy work in the garden at 8am. In the afternoon, the manager always walking around the villas, controling whats going on around, thats not relaxing holiday. They dont help with any tours, or bike rent. Shop is far away, and they told us dont drink the tap water. Air con is paid extra,10euro per day. They dont give toiletries. The only thing we found was...

"This place was perfect for our couples trip. The apartment was large, very clean and even had a bbq. The balcony is huge and we had an amazing view of the sea. Trattasi di sistemazione residence quindi, anche nella sistemazione monocanera per due, non è prevista pulizia quotidiana della camera. Sarebbe auspicabile una zanzariera, almeno nella monocamera, per evitare di dover utlilizzare necessarianente il condizionatore tutta la notte. "
