"We love this house especially the pool. My kids enjoy most of the time before and after the a day at the beach. It’s very warm and also refreshing. Perfect size for big kids who like to swim and dive deep and sallow part for a baby to enjoy the water as well. The house had fully load kitchen equipment and fully stocked, very clean and functional, plenty of beach towel, extras bed sheet’s ,pillows. perfect for a family of five, less then 2 block from the beach, well maintain pool and ground...

"We had a snafu with checking in - incorrect door code given- but it was quickly resolved and the rest of the stay was flawless. "The house was perfect for 2 families including teens and young adults. With 2 master suites, a game room and large screened in lanai, there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The home has been beautifully renovated with the latest finishes. We even hosted our extended family for thanksgiving and there was room to seat 20 comfortably. Highly recommend! "

"Our 3rd stay at Anna Maria. LOvED the location. 5 minute walk to a very quiet beach. Close to trolley stops. Unit very clean and quiet. The shared pool was no issue. Had a family of 5 next door one week. A retired couple the 2nd week. With the beach so close and other things to do in the area, we were rarely at the pool at the same time. Only thing I can suggest is clear out some of the unneeded stuff in the BR closets and the king bed is rather firm and ‘creaky’. But we adjusted just fine....

"Easy access. Great for walking to many places - especially beach. Television programming did not include those we usually watch. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. All in all it was a nice stay. "
