"We were a group of 9- multi- generational with ages 8 to 70. This home was very family- friendly with lots of spaces to spread out, and a large dining table for gathering for meals. It is a bit of a hike to get there, including 60 steps, but quiet and in a lovely setting with a great view of the Jungfrau from the balcony and back terrace. "Fiesch is a great place to base yourself and the chalet is a good size and well equipped. I have just marked it down because it's a real slog to get up to the chalet. I wouldn't recommend if you are not reasonably fit unless you have a car. The place was pretty clean and any problems with the lock on the front door previously mentioned have been sorted. ""Romantic chalet bijou" is a perfect description: this is an ideal place if you're looking for somewhere quiet and "off the beaten track". Very clean and well equipped (the only thing missing was an iron, but we're happy not to iron our clothes!), and the terrace is lovely. A lovely base for exploring the upper Valais region."

"With 8 adult friends we had a wonderful week in april 2024. Although the fourth double room is very small for two adults. And to go outside tot the bathroom is a disadvantage.We lived mostly in the kitchen because of the very effective pelletstove. If you are aware of the long trip down and up fom the parking lot you will enjoy your stay."

"We enjoyed our stay in Lauterbrunnen. While the town itself was very busy the central location of Lauterbrunnen allowed us to quickly escape the hustle and bustle and explore the surrounding mountains. The home had everything we needed. For us as international travellers it would have been helpful to have some instructions on the laundry machines and oven, as the symbols were different. All in all a wonderful stay. "

"Although this was in the information it was hard to experience (After a long day driving) that you have to carry all you luggage 35 m uphill. The house is very well equipped and nice located. The owner was helpfull and has arranged a cable car-pass for us which we used many times last week."

"Ein reizendes kleines Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung. Wir waren gerne da. Die Sessel sind zwar bequem aber sehr abgenutzt. Ein kleinerer Tisch würde mehr Bewegungsfreiheit ermöglichen. Es fehlte ein Brotmesser (wir haben eines gekauft) und ein grosses Gemüsemesser. Gute Betten und Matratzen."

"Amazing location if you like off the beaten path. Fantastic setting with wonderful view and local outdoors. Very quiet since only a handful of people still live in small older village. The apartment couldn't have more charm and the hosts went above and beyond to get us to the remote location and to make sure every need was met but at the same time giving lots of privacy. We wish we had another week at this location and we will be coming back."
