The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2010 and refurbished.
The apartment is bright and modern. There are two bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed (twin mattress), the other with a single and a cabin bed. The living-dining room is furnished for 5 persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, hob / oven, dishwasher and microwave.

Obligatory utilities final cleaning 90CHF obtionale additional costs bed linen per person 20CHF terry towels per person 10 CHF.
No animals allowed! Non smoking apartment!

Rosswald (1800 meters above sea level) is car-free. No access by car possible. At the valley station Rosswald has it
Free parking. From the valley station, a cable car leads directly to the Rosswald. From there, a footpath leads in about 5 minutes to the chalet.

Charges:

- Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 90 CHF (compulsory).
- Parking: per object and day according to consumption (obligatory).
- Local tax / tourist tax: per person and day costs of CHF 2 (mandatory).
