Hersey cok temizdi, guzeldi. Havuzlar da guzeldi, personel cok yardimci. Sadece ek yatagi uzun sure bekledik ve 3 kere hatirlattik. Biz otele saat 3 gibi geldik, yatak ancak 0.30 getirildi.

Eine Katastrophe nie Wieder!!
Wir sind als Familie hingereist und hatten uns auf die Unterkunft gefreut doch als wir ankamen fing das Dilemma schon an. Der Herr verlangte von uns Eiskalt 150Tl für die Kinder. Obwohl wir die Zahlung über Hotels.com getätigt hatten. Es war eine Katastrophe, danach gingen wir in das Zimmer und erneut ein Schock das Zimmer ist unrein. Es wurde anscheinend nur mit einem Staubsauger gefegt und keinen Mob benutzt. Meine Frau und Kinder mussten das Zimmer richtig reinigen. Das war aber noch nicht alles die 2 Schlafbetten für die kleinen wurden uns erst nachts um 24 Uhr gebracht obwohl wir das um 14 Uhr schon mitgeteilt hatten. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr inkompetent.

Daha önceki konaklamamızdan memnun kaldığımız için tekrar oteli tercih ettik fakat son derece pişman olduk.Hizmet sıfır, hijyen sıfır.Kahvaltida çay çok az yapıldığından ilk gelenler almış ve 3o dk beklememize rağmen yeni çay gelmedi. şu /çay bardağı ve fincan yetmediğinden, bir eleman kahvaltı salonunun arkasında kirli bardakları sadece su altında çalkalayıp kahvaltı büfesine koydu.Bu kabul edilir bur durum değil.odalarda herşey bozuk. sifonu çalışmayan ve küvetin altından sular gelen bur odadan başka bir odaya aldılar bize. buradada lambaları söndürmemize rağmen, kartonpiyer içerisindeki bozulmuş floresan lambalar devamlı parladı.oda kartını çıkararak ancak çözüm bulabildik. Spa merkezindeki problemler: hamamda kapı arkadi daki musluk altında kurna eksik.mevcut olan 3 kurna yetersiz. duşların bulunduğu bölmede ışık yanmıyor.sadece holde ışık var. Görevli personele söylediğimizde, dalga geçer gibi "holdeki ışık yeterli" yanıtı aldık. misafir kapı açık vaziyette duş almak zorunda, öyle mi??!!böyle bir rezalet görülmemiştir. Konaklama bir kenara , otelin adını duymak istemiyorum . 2 gece için ödenen tutar oldukça yüksek. Rahat etmek, stresten biraz olsun kurtulmak için geldik, daha kötü ve sinirli ayrıldık.

Very bad
Not a friendly staff, the dining hall was so cold, so you can't even enjoy your breakfast. They charge for every little piece that you use, although it is said that water and tea are complimentary, they were not. I would highly recommend to find another hotel.

Впечатления хорошие, место удачное, отель неплохой, все устраивало, за исключением уборки , номера не убираются,если не попросить и не дать чаевых. Общие душевые тоже не убирают, за несколько дней там собралась целая куча использованных флакончиков от гелей и шампуней. Еда неплохая,разнообразная,много зелени и овощей. Чай предлагают бесплатно в любое время. Нисколько не разочарованы, за такие деньги отдых себя оправдывает. Удовольствие от бассейна не передаваемые.
