"Super basic house cleaning , didn't clean room everyday. Very remote location. Food on site terrible. Very comfortable bed. Must have a car."

"The place is in an spectacular location. It was a little bit of misunderstanding at the beginning to check in. The property requires that you leave the kitchen clean but is not soap or sponge to wash the dishes. But beside that was a fantastic stay. "

"Sino stata con la mia famiglia solo 4 giorni in pensione completa. L'appartamento familiare proprio fronte mare era davvero comodo e pulito. I pasti a buffet ottimi con tanta scelta di carne e pesce e piatti su richiesta per bambini. Le pìscine molto belle e ordinate ma soprattutto l'animazione a tutte le ore sempre qualcosa da fare per chi ne ha voglia soprattutto i bambini. Staff professionale e cortese. Consiglio vivamente"

"THe EU 50 charge for cleaning is a rip off and a reason to avoid this hotel as one would expect cleaning to be part of a hotel stay. Despite this, the amount did not include any cleaning of the unit during our stay!! It was sort of a payment to clean after your departure. In addition we were stung with a EU12 charge for sheets on the bed. So all in all the stealth costs of this venue affected our enjoyment of the stay and we would have preferred to have these amounts included on a comparable...

"Reception was poor and disorganized. Directions are poor, furniture is spartan at best. Air con did not work. Lovely area overall, wish the property was a match. Pool area was great "

"The apartment is very nice, the view is simply breathtaking. The contact with Sardinia Unlimited was very friendly, as well as the on-site reception. The house was clean and well equipped. The furniture is easy but in good condition. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big enough. We would like to come back soon! "Despite a less then perfect weather the staff were able to make my stay a wonderful one Especially the reception team… always freindly and with a welcoming smile The restaurant and the breakfast were ok with good variety of food and drinks but not top notch quality ( eggs were cold , line up at the coffee machine , no variance throughout the whole week ) Otherwise the rooms and the sea view were amazing and the place is new and very clean Thank you "

Excellent and wonderful hotel to stay in

"The hotel room was beautiful with fantastic views. Staff especially Julia (Guilia) was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service-Julia requires special mention for her caring, helpful and kindness. Breakfast was amazing and clean with utensils everywhere."

"About 1.5km outside of Sassari. Parking on level 3. Check in level 4. Generously sized room. Functional AirCon. Good WiFi. "OK" breakfast. Quiet at night. Quite a bit of guest noise in the morning (tiled corridors). At around £50/night this is considerably better value than other hotels I stayed in whilst touring Sardinia. Tip: Visit Grotta Nettuno if in this corner of the island."
